Excellent communication and completed my order exactly as required. Love this product.

Never received an item. Twice. None of those arrived.

Item not received as promised but they did refund me after I requested a refund.

The message wasn’t very clear too pale but maybe that’s because it was printed on the gold. The writing should be in black and then it wouldn’t look so faint.

You have no missing orders stop talking rubbish everyone who orders from you can find out themselves by the tracking number they get. Simply phone royal mail who will confrim Pretty Little Creations have bought postage only and not sent the item to royal mail...... Avoid This company should be called

Ordered on 2nd June, still not received item, no explanation as to why it didn't arrive the first time, told they would resend it and delivered 2 days ago still nothing, even though delivery address was checked. Very disappointed as item was a birthday present. Will not use ever again

Unfortunately a string of broken promises. Things go wrong from time to time and it is how the problem is rectified that really matters in these situations. Sadly, these guys came up way short; offering a free replacement and never sending it. They also respond to emails at the oddest times which gives the impression they are not UK based.

Probably best to avoid for now as there are more credible vendors online that will provide a better service.

I was very happy with what I had done at pretty little creations. Fantastic service. And very quick.

I ordered a personalised calendar from here and was told it would arrive by the Wednesday first class. I waited a week and still nothing came I then complained to them and asked where it was and was told it was been shipped out on the Wednesday and of it wasn’t there by the Monday at 1pm then to email back. I emailed by and was asked if I wanted a refund or my order reordering. I asked for a refund and they said my order was now cancelled and i got a refund. Was my calendar ever out for shipping ??

Ordered on the strength of dispatch within24 hours. HAs been 9 days now, had order confirmation but no other information. Have emailed the company over 48 hours ago and no response.

There’s no contact number to phone the company, I didn’t receive any updates once my parcel had been dispatched (although it tells you to opt in for updates via text message) and my order was late.

I recieved an email from the company to say my order had been shipped the day after I had ordered. I waited nearly 2 weeks for the item to arrive so emailed the company, they informed that I should have recieved the item by now so offered me a refund or a replacement to be sent out. As I had ordered this as a gift for my mums wedding, i opted for a replacement. The day after I recieved another email which stated that actually there would be a 2 week delay on sending the item out! I asked for a full refund, the issue I had was that I had recieved an email to say it had been shipped when in fact the product had never been shipped and before I had to email the company after 2 weeks I would not have recieved the infomation on the delay!
