Always happy with my order

Always happy with my order. It dispatched out like the same day or a day later. No real complaints however Fedex needs to watch who they have deliver because my last package from PLT was open like open if something fell out I would be pissed! Thank god my order was in there of just 2 pieces however the package that’s on its way better not dare be open or I’ll report fedex because that’s not good at all especially during this time.

They lost my stuff!!!

I made an order at the beginning of July and still haven't received my stuff its been a month and a half!!!!! And my tracking information hasn't updated for a month!!!! I'm very disappointed and I won't recommend them to anyone with the service I'm getting! I hope they can refund me for everything because I know they lost my stuff!!!!!

I made an order on the 14th of July and…

I made an order on the 14th of July and I still haven’t gotten my order yet. I was estimated to get it on the 30th of July. 12 days later I still haven’t gotten my parcel. I’m so disappointed and I have no idea how to contact them.

Ordered July 24th

Ordered July 24th, was supposed to get my items August 3rd. It has been sitting in Memphis since either the 27th or 29th. I received an email this morning saying my items have been damaged.... which doesn’t make sense. It’s three shirts and two dresses. I tried talking to customer service and no one is giving me any information.

I really wish I could give you guys 5…

I really wish I could give you guys 5 stars, I love everything on your site and you have the cutest stuff for all my occasions. But my issue is with the sizing. I’ve wasted so much money because of this issue and every time I say I won’t order anymore I see something cute. Again the selections are great and the delivery process is great too but that sizing needs work. When I selected a US-12 I expect that not something 3 sizes too big. I don’t have this issue when I select a US-medium that arrives normal.

I placed and order in July 7th and…

I placed and order in July 7th and never received it. Without any communication I received an email stating that I would receive a a refund nearly a month later! I’m thankful for the refund but I wanted my items! This was my very first time ordering from PLT and I am VERY disappointed

Very pleased customer!

I purchased from PLT about a month ago and I was very pleased with their prices and their delivery. Unfortunately a couple of the pieces that I ordered was not the quality that I expected, but I was able to return them and recieved a refund with no problem at all. Despite that I will be ordering from PLT again in the very near future!

Great! Wish they had more tall items!

So far I have not had any issues with my purchases from pretty little thing and have loved every item. I wish they would have more tall options though! I’m 6’1” so it’s always a struggle to find certain things.

Was happy with 85% of my purchases. I ordered a pair a jeans in a size 2 (my size) and received a pair of jeans that were a size 6 (not my size). I rechecked my order history to see if I had made this mistake and I had ordered my correct size (size 2). Tried to return but had no access to a printer to be able to print out my return label since the world is still going through a pandemic. So I missed the time frame to return them, wish PLT had a better return policy during this rough time. Sad I wasn't able to wear enjoy those jeans.

Didn't receive my items.

Didn't receive my items.
I ordered in the beginning of July and my items never arrived. They gave me a refund but I messaged customer service saying I still wanted those items since it was for my birthday and they were sold out on the website. I never got a response.

My experience was a bad one to say the…

My experience was a bad one to say the least.
Placed my order expected a delivery on a specific date.
However, 28 days went by and still no delivery, tracking my order stuck in transit. Email PLT customer service, they said they would check and get back to me within 48 hours.
They did. I insisted on a full refund including the shipping fee.
2 days later I checked my voicemail one massage from FedEx they were returning my packages because nobody picked them up!!!
