WARNING Honestly the worst experience I have had with any online company. I am normally happy with PLT. The website took all details of my bank card to pay for my order, then the website refreshed to a page saying 'Oooops something went wrong with your order',
I tried again to get my order to go through, three times. Still it did not work until the fourth time when it eventually went through.
HOWEVER, I checked my bank and PLT has taken 150 pound FOUR Times leaving me without 450 pound. Their customer service has been appalling, nobody is willing to read my explanation and plea to get my money back. I have spent hours waiting for my banks to take my calls over the last two weeks, so not only have they taken 450 pound they have also caused a massive phone bill and offered no support of any support in order to help their customer. STILL I have no word from PLT or reassurance. Be aware when there is a 'technical fault' on their website to check your bank, because for me they took my money and are not willing to help me, I am still 150 pound times four down and I am still waiting on ANY form of clear and helpful communication (Ive tried twitter, their plt, WhatsApp, their facebook messenger, instagram and complaints) .
I have never had a problem like this with any other brands such as boo hoo, misguided, in the style, nasty gal.
Never got my order
Told it would be 7-10 working days, that became 10-14 days but after a month still no sign of delivery. They stopped answering my messages. The item I ordered was for my granddaughters birthday so now left having to find the item elsewhere. Luckily I paid bt PayPal who helped me get the refund but I would rather have had the item I ordered.

My item was not delivered so I wanted to be refunded! They have a FACELESS customer service and it is IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of them. They are quick to take your money but very slow at delivering ANY customer service!

Awful customer service from a customer service agent on Twitter. My order was for next day delivery but never turned up. On top of that, Hermes sent me a notification to tell me it had been delivered when it has not. Someone has been in my house all day and I was at home when I received the notification from Hermes. I did however receive quick responses but the responses were rude, especially considering I am a loyal customer who expected to receive a certain service.

The customer service was great it took a little while to hear about my second order. What I’m not happy with is that they said my orders would get here on 9/28 or before. Quick story my first order I got a jacket and bodysuit but I realized after I made the order I got the wrong jacket. I’m a college student so I don’t have money like that. Did my research and they don’t cancel orders so my two choices were to risk it getting sold out or to be a little low on money. So I risked it and got the jacket I actually wanted because I feared it would sell out. My plan was to return the other jacket once I got it now they’re telling me I have to wait until October 28th (Almost a whole month- ordered this on 9/18). I would’ve been okay with this if they didn’t send me an email saying I would get it a certain day. Not really happy about this experience, but I don’t have a choice but to wait. I know this isn’t customer service fault. My only advice is to whoever sends the email saying when our packages arrive should add a warning that it might be delayed.

Wow where do I start?? Well let me say I loved this company I’ve spent a lot of money with them however I had an issue placing order last night. I’ve placed an order last night and received two emails of confirmation meaning they charged me twice so I have two orders that’s the same. They have this rule that they don’t cancel or change orders right after it’s done like every other company so now I’ve reached out 6times to get an agent to cancel this order that was not my fault before it ships I spoke to Matt t he said he sent an requested to the warehouse I wrote a review and Abbie contacted me via email and told me the same thing. I also spoke to zain he said if the request to cancel don’t go through they will provide to me a free return label (which I have the proof for) so this morning I received a email that both the orders been shipped out I contacted agent and explained and Zakir sultan told me it’s nothing they can do because they don’t cancel orders and he also said I will have to pay to return even tho zain told me last night it would be free of charge to send back. This is a horrible company AND I WILL NEVER AGAIN ORDER FROM THEM!!!!! THEY LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER!!!!!!!!!!

Shocking company. I ordered a coat and paid for next day delivery. Waited in all day for it to arrive. Opened it to see they’ve sent the wrong coat but it had a tag on with the description of the coat I actually ordered. The WhatsApp team were useless and expected me to send my parcel back, only then would they be willing to send me a replacement out even tho I’d sent them photos of proof of there error. Managed to actually speak to someone today who was very helpful, sent him a picture of proof of return and he has refunded me today. I won’t be using this company again it’s not worth the stress.

I’m very sad and disappointed with how plt has treated me with my order 520-2168173-7054989. I still don’t have an update and my refund hasn’t been processed. This is after I provided my conversation with FedEx to show they’re at fault. Please I want my money back as you never delivered those items to me. They’ve made me wait a whole month after promising that my refund will be processed on the 24th of August. It has still not been processed. This experience has triggered my anxiety and traumatized me and I’m very sad. All I want is my refund and I would just appreciate it. I in fact at this point am begging for it because they’ve made me do a run around for my money for items they never delivered. I just want my money and I’ll Never order from them again. They keep saying a team is investigating but it’s been a month and I don’t know how I’m meant to believe this. I don’t want any trouble. I just want my money and I’ll stay away. I truly didn’t get those items and my money shouldn’t have to be held onto for them for over a month. Everytime I try to reach them on twitter with my account @great42081488 they don’t reply me or try to solve the problem. I’m sure this is something they can sort out in minutes but they’re choosing to make me wait this long maybe because I’m not a celebrity. Please I just want my money that’s all and I would stay away and not be a bother. This experience has left me very sad disturbed and traumatized. I ordered something the other day and they got my order wrong I ordered 2 size 8 leggings and they gave me a size 8 and a size 6 and I am still waiting for my parcel which I ordered on Saturday with next day delivery and isn’t even with the driver yet!!

Still waiting for an order I placed in early July. I even paid for expedited shipping. I reached out to customer service and they told me I have to wait 3 more weeks before filing a claim and still they won't refund me. I will not be shopping with them ever again.

The prices are amazing, and I always find what I am looking for, once in a while I get an item that is not true to size or quality/material doesn’t match the picture which is why I don’t give it a 5 star but the prices are so low that I can’t stay madd for too long as majority of the stuffs are amazing. Most of my clothing is from PLT! Thank you !!

Three stars because I love their clothes but everything else sucks. This rating is based off of multiple experiences.
Delivery: can range from on time to never. And you have to hassle them for a refund for an error on their end. SN: FedEx will drop off your items wherever and sign for you if there is a signature requested, and packages are sometimes open.
Shipping: you have to pay for horrible shipping and for returns. They do not do exchanges so you will have to pay for shipping twice and return label if something you like doesn’t fits. HIGHWAY ROBBERY!!!
Customer service: hard to reach them. I only get responses via FB messenger. They are really funny about issuing refunds when there is a shipping problem. Had to wait over a month for a refund because THEY sent an empty package to FedEx.
Products: really cute clothing. Sizing is a bit weird a US 6 can either be small, big, or just right. I guess it depends on the item. This isn’t helpful giving their return/exchange policy.
