Buyer Beware
Save your money and shop somewhere else. Pretty Little Thing sent me the wrong item and told me that I had to pay to ship it back to them to receive a refund. Keep in mind here that they sent me the wrong item. Factoring in having already paid $15 for shipping, if I paid to send it back my refund would end up being so small it would be financially better to just keep the incorrect item. The customer service team is all over the place and one rep was rude to me. This company has no integrity for keeping their customers happy and clearly doesn't care about customer retention. I'd also like to mention the quality of what I received was horrible and I will likely just throw it out. One search on Tiktok and you will see multiple videos where ladies also show that they received bugs in their packages or other substances on "new items". You would have thought I would have learned from that, but no. End of story is save your money and shop somewhere else if you want a good experience because Pretty Little Thing ain't it.

Terrible
Every time i order off this website the clothes never seem to fit right, they always come damaged I.E ripped/torn.
I am i size 4, clothes either come too tight or far to loose, or i get given the wrong sized items. For example i ordered pjs in size 4, when they arrived the top was a size 6 and the pants where a size 12! Just today i received a parcel from PLT of lingerie and my bra is ripped across the breast!
They breach consumer rights
normally would give 5 stars, however due to recent experiences I have lost a lot of faith!
Placed and order 2 months back for a white skirt - absolutely loved it and wore it so much that i needed a new one.
Ordered the EXACT same skirt again, yet the material was flimsy this time and the colour was completely different! It was a very creamy colour, not white at all.
Not only does this go against consumer rights (stating that it’s one colour and then sending a completely different one) but they also expect me to send it back and wait for a refund.
Completely inconvenient, they should be sending me a replacement of the correct one I ordered.
Absolutely no willingness in resolving my situation.

Had an issue with my order it was over a month late. I contacted PLT and got a refund on most of my items. I had really wanted the pants I ordered. The customer service were great, they had refunded me my items and reshipped my pants.

This review is only on customer service as I have not received my package yet, hence why I had to deal with their customer service. The customer service rep Kelly responded quickly. Unfortunately my Christmas present for my daughter will not arrive until 1/13/2022 now but they extended the return and refunded the shipping cost. Which is why they are receiving the 4 stars. I will update upon receiving the product.

I ordered from pretty little thing , 2 separate order for my daughters Christmas. I received notification that I had received both parcels and I only received one of the bags. I spoke to CAT via there WhatsApp service who in fact was great , she arranged for a redelivery of the items that were missing and I received the delivery today. Definitely will use again very impressed with there service

Racist!!!!!!
It's nice that they're doing competitions for others to win and I'm happy for those who have won. However, they are really racist! They have a £1K competition this black friday and they haven't chosen any asian winners!! Only black and white! I am Indian myself and I haven't seen them choose any Indian winners for the past 3 days!! I have entered the competition over 100 times this weekend so they must've seen my tweet at least once (or other asian's tweets) however they are racist and don't want to choose them. It makes me feel like I want to change the colour of my skin just for them to notice me!!!! Also I couldn't get anything in the <£1 sale, it all got sold out and I was on their site when they were restocking it!!!!!!!! Such a waste of weekend for nothing.
Over $435 in import fees & over 4 weeks with no money back
I ordered from here and got express delivery for like $12. My package arrives like a week later and the ups man was like “oh there’s $221 in import fees, I need to collect a check as well”. And this was for 2/3 of my packages. I had to send them to get picked up from the main center in my city bc I don’t just have an extra $221 laying around. My third packages comes the next day and it’s an additional $214! $435 in import fees! That’s ridiculous! And they said they would simply PayPal me the difference but it’s been over a month and they still haven’t made this right!
Poor quality items, poor quality service and long time delivery
I ordered for the first time on PLT and I am really disappointed. First the waiting time to receive the package. Then I made the mistake of buying 5 sets and all 5 products are disappointing. It's really a disaster, the products are transparent, too big, too cheap. And the icing on the cake, the return costs are not covered. I will no longer order from this site whose service is poor compared to Asos for example. I do not recommend.
