The quickest delivery always from PLT…

The quickest delivery always from PLT put of all the clothing companies
On quite a few occasions I've ordered around 8-9pm and they have been delivered by the next morning

5* for such quick turnaround at the sorting office and then same goes pit to the delivery service thank you your doing well

Returns service is appalling

I placed multiple orders from here & sent my returns back in one package. PLT refunded me for only one order and claimed they didnt receive my other returned goods which were in the same order. I contacted them by email and each time I got a new person on the thread starting from scratch. I never got my refund.

So I ordered a dress on the 28th of July. After how many days until now I still have received my item at all just a message telling me it’s dispatched. PrettyLittleThing take they’re time when it comes to delivering lmao I chose a delivery that wouldn’t take long aswell what a waste and I have plans on the weekend and my dress is still not here I should’ve gone to a store I’m person instead. PrettyLittleThing don’t have a customer

All I need is to return something I can't get into my account despite having requested several times for a reset on my password. Very poor service and still no reset after two weeks. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Unauthorized Pending Charge for Item Not Ordered

I had an item in my cart and went to check out, yet I did not submit the order. The item still showed as being in my cart and not submitted, yet I see TWO PROCESSING charge on my card for $38 each which has not yet been finalized (I have since removed the item from my cart). At this time both transactions are pending, yet when I went to check my emails for a receipt, there was none.

Really bad customer service i purchased…

Really bad customer service i purchased a dress 3 weeks abs dus bit fit to well so I asked for a return label and collection from Hermes which now three weeks later I’m still waiting with the parcel at home I’ve been charged for a dress I don’t want I’ve messaged abs tried to call can’t get to speak to anyway I’ve had a double hip operation and leave the house to parcel shop abs this is so frustrating I don’t know what to do
This was my first time purchasing from PLT abs wow what a bad customer service

My daughter ordered clothes for Christmas in November and they’re still not here . No response from costumer service

I sent an e-mail on the 22th of december regarding my order. Unfortunately, I still haven't gotten any response to my email.
It says on the website that the response will be in 48 hours at the max (I’m on day 7 now)

I filed a complaint because I received my package too late, when I asked for express delivery and paid €14,99 for it.

When I received my order, I found out that the pants and blazer are too different colors, which makes it a mismatch. On the website PLT profiles the two pieces together with the exact same colors, so it's very misleading.

Because of that, I had no other choice but to return my order.
I already indicated in my previous mail that I had to pay €24,- at the post office to return my order.

Because the items you profiled on your website were misleading and because the order was delivered late while I requested a next day delivery, I would like a full refund of this amount.

I would like to hear a solution from you guys as soon as possible.

Will not be shopping here ever again.

Everything I bought had a terrible fit. I typically wear a small/medium in most items because I'm only 115 lbs. The head holes were too small, or the sleeves too short or the material see-through and very poor quality. Returned everything.

Your financial service does not answer…

Your financial service does not answer me when I have not received my order they refuse to reimburse me I explained to them that my old card was blocked and that he had to reimburse me using my new payment method but no one respond ! It's a shame
