The items were not well made. I could literally see loose threads. And bad/very cheap materials

Ordered a pack of two biker shorts. One is too small other is too big?! How if they were suppose to be a pack size L?!.... last time ordering. At least my tshirt fit smh

Ordered a white swim suit size 8 for my trip that is NEXT week. I received a white bikini top in a 8 and another white bikini top that is different material in a size 12... and no bottoms :(

Poor customer service. My package was lost and to date I still have not received a refund. They keep asking me to wait even though, my package has been lost for over a month!

i don’t typically order from PLT bc their sizing either runs too big or too small. this time i decided to take a chance because im going on vacation and so i placed an order for 4 items and recieved 5. two items weren’t even mine, nor were they my size. and i was still missing one of the items i actually ordered. i never received a packing slip either so i dont even know how im going to be able to return the other two items that were sent to me. i tried going through the website to see what i can do about my order and that wasn’t helpful at all. im so extremely disappointed.

The printed shirt I order was so pretty in person , I really loved the earrings too.

I had ordered and whenever i checked the shipping information it only said shipping label created for like 2 weeks, even after the expected delivery date. i contacted them multiple times and they kept saying to wait until a certain date. 2 weeks later i contacted them again and they reordered all the clothes for me and i had to wait another 2 weeks to get my order. When i got the package, the outside was torn open with holes. The clothes were cute and true to size, but all the waiting i did is making me contemplate ordering from them again.

They have such a wide selection of cute clothes.

Don't expect much from a fast fashion website -- the clothes are of cheap quality and not true to size. Although the style of the articles are fashionable, it comes at the cost of using inhumane labor in Southeast Asian countries such as Indonesia. The bag that the clothes arrived in was COMPLETELY TORN OPEN, with several large holes. I'm surprised the clothes didn't simply fall out; the bag was tattered. I had to return one of the pieces, so hopefully the refund process goes well.

I ordered two pairs of lace up heels, and one pair’s laces are super uneven. Makes it hard to properly style the shoe to match the other

The first time I shop on this site I started out buying small cause I’m small Apparently small was too small and because I like the stuff I order the same things again this time medium the mediums are like XXL . In my last order I got some biker tights on T-shirt only 3 of the tights fit everything else was very big I gave some away. Some of the stuff I buy I still have sitting in a drawer.... they will never fit I don’t do returns because I can’t bother with the hassle I ordered some tops the tags are saying the same size but they were all different in width. I I keep shopping for different sizes hoping that I would find a size that fits. I was fooling myself. I’ve waste enough money on this site I don’t think I’ll be shopping here anymore. You lost a good customer if only the size were right
