My last purchase was incomplete; missing an item. I had difficulty finding how to make contact with customer service to report it on their website; no number found just email. When I did email it took almost a week for the representative to respond with confirmation about my missing purchase. And I have to wait weeks until I received my missing item. Poor customer service.

This is my second time writing a review for PLT. Last time I had problem in sizing, I think this time they changed the cuts and charts more to true sizing. I bought few things this time and I loved most of them, esp a red dress which I am absolutely in love with it. The reason I give it a four-star instead of five is that shipping to canada is pricey and I had to pay for return as well which added to my costs so much.

I was excited for my first order. When arrived the bag was busted through and so was the bag of one of the pieces, causing the item to be dirty upon arrival. My first impression was not great, I was extremely upset about the packaging choice. The appearance of the clothes online look more vibrant than what you actually receive. Pants are a lot longer then expected and the clothes material over all seems thinner and not as durable. I enjoy the size range. It would be nice to have full tops & not just crop tops as part of your selection. The sale prices are great but the clothes don't look as if the will last. The quality of the clothes material has to upgrade for the price charged of the clothes.

I got my order fairly quick, HOWEVER, the quality of the clothes was HORRIBLE. leggings already ripped at the seams, I ordered a jumpsuit in a US size 6 & it came as big as a 2x when I took it from the package! 2 pack of PLT logo t-shirts were HUGE... & the only thing that kept me from complaining about them was that I like big T-shirts. Too much of a gamble in my opinion. Don’t waste your money. 🤷🏽‍♀️

I never got my package and they never responded back to me

I love PLT and the different prints and the eta when finishing my order... however on more than one occasion I’ve noticed poor garment construction and had to fix the clothes myself.

I absolutely hate fedex! my package never updated after almost a month in Tennessee. hopefully i’ll get a refund.

I’ve ordered from PLT 9 times before COVID-19. Each time my experience was great. But, the last 3 times I ordered. I didn’t receive any of the 3 orders. I was refunded for all 3 orders. I just wish PLT would switch couriers. FedEx is losing you guys customers. All 3 of my packages got stuck in Memphis TN which is odd

I ordered a fedora and it came in a plastic bag crushed.

Ummmm lol. This is getting 2 stars instead of 1 ONLY because the bikini bottoms I ordered were the style I wanted. I ordered a matching top and bottom bikini, the top... well I ordered my normal size and it honestly wouldn’t even fit a child. Not only were the cups nonexistent, the straps weren’t even long enough to tie!! The bottoms fit, but the straps are almost too short to tie as well so they don’t quite sit where I want them to.
Advice: spend your money elsewhere.

Not sure how I am a newbie to PLT. I have shopped with them quite a bit during COVID and am so impressed not with just the ease and quickness of shipping, but also their speedy and convenient return policies. I am big on not so common/trendy pieces, and have found a home at PLT with their quirky, but stylish pieces and great quality materials. Keep up the good work!

There’s hits and misses with PLT, the clothes are very trendy comfortable ships fast and sometimes affordable. On the other hand the material is very thin, gets holes easy, the sizing isn’t consistent and somewhat hard if you don’t know your uk size. But other then that its a pretty nice store.

Not happy- ordered over 7 weeks ago and still have not received my order or any updates on my order. Tried calling and no answer. Would like my order delivered and Will not order again.

I order clothes like every other week. Love all the clothing, sometimes the sizing isn’t 100% but I get the majority of my clothes from here.

I love them!!! The deals are out of this world... and everything ships right away. I can’t forget to mention the refunds process is so quick and easy. Love PLT!!!!

I like the clothes. Sizing is a little difficult for plus sizes.

Ordered from PLT before everything seem fine. Until I ordered July 10th and I am still waiting for my package, every time I check my package been in Memphis since July 15th. I am very annoyed because customer service is trash. You can never get to speak someone.
