I wanted these so badly that I was willing to wait when the emails promised they were coming but due to COVID we have to be patient. What I didn’t know was that waiting more than 60 days to report to credit card company means I am out $229. Not happy. Do not trust these scammers.

I had the same experience as all the others. However, we contacted our credit card company and reported fraud. We were asked to send copies of all our correspondence and we did. I suggest everyone do the same

I have clearly been scammed. The first clue was that they had to make the covers, didn’t have them in stock. The second clue is the form letters that are sent out. I feel really stupid.

Don’t buy from this company they are a SCAM!
I have waited over 6 months for my order and each time I get told the same thing
“We thank you for your patience we are looking into your order.
We will have to get tier two to investigate??
(However No feedback at all from tier two?)

I also was told a new order was done and a tracking number would be sent well this was 3 weeks ago and still no tracking number
Please do not buy from this company
I have also asked to be refunded however for some reason I get told they can’t as my order is with the courier??

Absolutely the worst company ever

I ordered in July 31, 2020. The "tracking number" says it is somewhere. I have been e-mailing KEN and I have been receiving the same form e-mail that he will check with the courier and will send me information on my order. Fast forward--- March 21 2021. Still nothing. They took the full payment in july 2020. Until now, they are using the covid pandemic as an excuse. This is a SCAM!!!! Do not buy or order anything from this Facebook website. Yes, i saw them on facebook.

Why would Facebook advertise this kind of company? In my professional opinion, Facebook is complicit with this scam. This guy KEN, literally sends the same email “reassuring” you that they will contact the courier. I placed my order more than six (6) months ago and all I have gotten are “reassuring” emails from Ken. NEVER buy from a Facebook advertise without checking out the reviews first. Do NOT fall the same way I did. This company is a SCAM. I repeat, a SCAM of other proportions. And I also repeat, do NOT TRUST FACEBOOK ADVERTISEMENT.

Below zero star if I could. Exactly what everyone say ITS A SCAM! This guy Ken answers reassuring emails the package have been lost sending you a new one but never get there. It have been over 6 months. KEEP YOUR MONEY.

Sadly same as most others. Ordered in July last year.Still not here. Reassuring explaining emails.Lies and theft.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! I ordered lounge covers from them for over $150. The money was taken immediately.....almost 6 months later the lounge covers have not arrived. I have had many ‘reassuring’ emails stating things like they can’t understand what has happened but they can’t seem to track the order so have sent out a replacement and will forward the tracking number. It is all nonsense! This has happened three times....no tracking number sent....no product ans arrived!I wish I had read others reviews before ordering. Do NOT order from this company......

They're definitely a fraud... no, no, don't sponsor them. 7 months ago I put an order, after many emails in each of their communications indicate that the merchandise arrived in 2 weeks, 2 weeks, 2 weeks... And it never comes. They don't take customers seriously. If I had read the reviews before, I would not have fallen into their misleading advertising.

Wished i had read the reviews before i ordered, 7 months and no covers money was taken ASAP and when i ask i just keep getting emails saying it is in transit when i try and track with the tracking number APPARENTLY there is no such order. Poor service, no product i will be reporting to the ACCC.

Ordered couch covers, they took the money ($200) out straight away and product never came. They seemed legit and replied to emails saying its in transit but 8 months on still nothing. Tracking number bogus.

This is fake, you will not receive whatever you order. It's a scam

They are a scam! Last year I paid for an item and they are yet to deliver till date.
Who regulates them, they need to be held accountable.

They still havent arrived and iam being told by the company that its still on its way after they apparently got lost the first time it was sent.

Do not trust this “company”..if it really exists doesn’t deserve not even a quarter of a star rating... the biggest scam on the net.. lost $200 waiting for 7 months for sofa covers.. never arrived.. they never reply except for automatic email telling you that package will arrive in 2 weeks..it’s been 28 weeks .. it’s a shame how some people make money overnight by robbing others... go get a real job,scammers... hope you pay for your medicines with my $200 ... worst experience ever.. something like this never happened to me before.. I’ll make sure I’ll be spreading negative comments about you everywhere I go..

lossed money, It's fake company. I order long ago only excuseing reply I don't think they will send anything.

It is a total scam be aware! I'm in USA I placed my order in Octuber 2020 and until this day I haven't received the order or my money back. They blocked me on instagram after leaving a message asking for the product I ordered. I saw a lot of people talking about them doing the same thing. Please help reporting them so they can't continue stealing money from more people.

This company is a total scam. Please do not order anything as you will not receive it. I have been waiting for my sofa covers since July 2020 which cost me nearly £100 but nothing has arrived. They send you an automated email when you ask for an update. BEWARE!!!

Very bad service .I order for around 6months and I receive no thing everytime I receive assurance about it but scine I saw the other reviews I know that this happen to most of the customers and I shouldn't expect anything from them
