Is there any way to file a case against this ... business? They have been collecting money by showing lucrative pictures from customers around the world, but rarely deliver anything at all. How come an order in July still not trackable - building a factory, making the sofa cover in it, and deliver to Canada, still shouldn't take 6 months! Every time I am sending a message, I am getting the same message - we are sorry, due to the covid f...Why don't you refund then? I am going to shift my address, now who will wear your beautiful f...

100% recommended arrived very quickly very nice fabric and color, easy to put we got a sofa new look! Thank you I am very happy with the purchase

The product took a long time to arrive because of Covid-19, but it has arrived in perfect condition. The measurement is exactly that of the sofa and it is quite easy to put in following the instructions. The fabric is very nice.

I've been waiting for the order for 5 months. I only received one cover. Missing parts in the order.

I ordered in August and here we are in December and nothing yet. All I get is a standard cut and paste answer saying my order is on the way. I’ve requested a refund 3 times to no avail. I will never order from this company again!

I ordered in July, 2020 2 covers and all they do is writing a letter back at you and give you a sweet talk in order to keep delaying your order. I have not got anything and they are not going to send me anything. The number of my order is# 39261. Please do not buy from them.

It fits pretty well to the typical ikea couch. For a clean-up and save yourself what new cases cost you in ikea. Well, that's fine. Very easy to use and I can replace it anytime as it is also washable.

I love my Prettylittlewish covers! They are so easy to install and great if you have kids as well. Highly recommend anyone with kids. I can take it off anytime and wash them and put them back on!

This is a scam. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They will bill you immediately, send you nothing, and tell you to wait. I have waited 6 months, with a fake tracking number, no product has been delivered. I have reported them to the BBB, along with hundreds of other consumer complaints against them. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM this fraudulent scam. Look them up, you'll see countless complaints. It's criminal. Trying to get my money back from credit card co.

This page is a scam. I have an order since October 5, 2020 and when I ask them about the status of my order, they always answer the same thing ... that it will arrive in 2 to 4 weeks. Up to 20% discount they give me for the next order. I will never buy from them again. As of today, November 28, 2020, I have not received my product. 😡

Same as everyone else - order never arrived after nearly 6 months now and a lot of messages from them saying it’s on its way with tracking numbers that don’t exist. Ignore requests for a refund. Pls don’t throw your money down the drain on this scam of a business

If I coudl give them a '0' star here I would. PrettyLittleWish is a scam. Don't order from them. My item never came, (over 5 months) they keep sending automated messages that it is coming with track numbers that do not exist. You can't add a review to their site and you can't speak to a real person. All social media platforms should remove prettylittlewish ads their sites. Do not order from them.

So happy with the covers that I received! I never doubted them since say 1 because their custoner service were so helpful and would always provide me updates. They assured me that my covers were coming and they actually did came! I am planning to order again for Christmas :)

We received the cover for a four-seater couch and a cover for a single couch and they were just wonderful. I already purchased a second cover for my sofa. Now I can change styles whenever I like in my living room. I recommend Prettylittlewish to all my friends.

Worth the long wait, I ordered July and after 2 months I received my order. I thought that they are a scam but their reps keep me posted and even replaced the lost package they sent me initially, they are very nice and you just need to reach out to them in case you did not receive your order.
