Missing clip
Part was missing from order, had used their contact us option on Saturday, received reply on Tuesday after my initial 1 star review was left on trust pilot & as I have been contacted & the missing part being chased up which I should point out comes from a third party & not pretty pawfect directly so the mistake was not theirs, i am now adjusting my review.

Hi Nikki, thanks for your review although sorry to hear your not happy. We do explain on your packing slip and on our website ID tags do come separately to your other items you ordered as it’s all made to order directly from the suppler. And they come directly from our tag supplier Zoomies so any issues with them we have to contact Zoomies and sort it that way which can take some time. Regarding you message through the contact form you sent it on Saturday and we don’t work weekends so it’s picked up Monday onwards we aim to reply to emails within 48hrs. Someone will be in contact with you today while we wait for a reply from Zoomies about the tag clips as we don’t stock them or have any to hand ourselves. Many thanks

Sweetest package. Everything was so adorable and there was even a free gift! I wish things came in bigger sizes. (I squeezed my GSDinto the biggest one available) but I absolutely loved my purchase! Professional and thoughtfully packaged! 10/10

Love the harness and leash
Love the harness and leash. The medium is an inch too narrow around the buckle for our 20 pound terrier. That’s with the adjustment at its loosest. Should make the mediums larger to be true to size. Neck is fine.

Hi Shauna, sorry to hear you haven’t received your order. We haven’t had any contact from you regarding this before you left us a negative review for our small business as we would have been happy to look into it for you and help track the parcel. I’ve sent you an email and looked into this on the tracking of the parcel ( which you would have had on the dispatch email) and the parcel is being returned to us the sender reason being marked on the Royal Mail tracking as incorrectly addressed… we obviously only ship to the address which is entered when you check out so we have emailed you to try and understand why this has happened and get some more info.

Brilliant items, service, delivery and discount!
Came across Pretty Pawfect Boutique on a Facebook ad (!) and thought I'd give them a go. Having read reviews, and seeing it was a small business, I thought I'd take advantage of their sale. All the items were well priced and a lot more reasonable than other brands I've previously looked at, aside from chains as well. I wasn't expecting my order to literally arrive the next day! Well packaged and sealed, and extra discount too. I have since already placed a second order, which arrived just as promptly. Items exactly as the description, and look exactly like the Photos. My pupper is looking pretty pawfect in her new collar and dickie bow with matching accessories! Also good to see the items have been designed in the UK (although it didn't state where they are made). Highly recommended PPB and have recommended to friends and family too. I am sure that I'll be returning soon. PS, please design a French Pointer mug 💛

Products were despatched in a timely manner. Products are of good quality although the zip on the bag is temperamental which can be annoying.
In saying that, I will be ordering again as my daughter walks my dog at times and would like one.
