After hours of using the frankly useless online site and going around in circles, after and hour and a half of being stuck on the frankly useless phone helpline, I was helped by Nikki, who was very understanding and apologetic (despite my issue in no way being her fault) the five stars only goes to Nikki, I would rate my overall experience with prezee less than 1 in every other aspect. Big thanks to Nikki for resolving my issue in a few minutes. Very helpful. I will not be using this service again, but Nikki made a pretty terrible experience come to an end with quick help. Thanks again.

tried over half a dozen times to buy a gift card, through multiple payment methods, even contacting my bank in case they were the problem but still can't buy a card! I've contacted support & waited so long but still they have no idea how to help.. such a waste of my time to try & give money away!!
