I don't like that when you buy prezze online and not in a card form there aren't alot of options to use the card. The options that are there are actually useful. I also think you need groceries one woolworths would be grate but getting new world or paknsav would also be so helpful to alot of people

If I was rating this earlier in the week it would have easily been zero stars...
I was gifted a card from my company, but when I opened the gift card it automatically locked into the last store I had purchased from. Not the end of the world - except that card didn’t work, I got to the checkout, put the card details in and was told the card had zero credit.
I tried the online “Chat” option over the weekend and patiently waited about 30 minutes while they worked through 70+ people ahead of me. When I finally got through, I explained that the card wasn’t working. Unfortunately, I didn’t get anywhere... they weren’t sure why and told me to contact the retailer. At that point I gave up, feeling frustrated.
A few days later I received one of those “How did we do?” emails. Thinking nothing would come of it, I bluntly replied that I hadn’t been helped and didn’t think anything would come from it... To my surprise, I got a reply from Rhaven, who went above and beyond to help. They listened, made it simple, and after a few emails back and forth, just issued me a new card while removing the faulty one.
The help was greatly appreciated, and it was such a relief to have someone who actually listened and fixed things without any hassle. Thank you so much, Rhaven! 😊
