Do not bother with this company, just gift cash.

Was gifted a Prezzee card but I cannot create an account due to verification texts not coming through. I tried via website, via app, via 2 laptops and 3 different phones (different network, both Android and iOS), all failed. Been trying to get it resolved for over a week, to no avail. $200 card down the drain. Do not bother with this company, just gift cash and avoid the headache.

Terrible experience

I've been trying to get my card swapped for one I can use in NZ and Prezzee are not helping at all. Keep stalling and fobbing me off with AI. I would never recommend Prezzee. Thieving scamming crooks.
