Poor service! Doesn’t deserve even a 1 star!

Poor service, waste of money, waste of time, been getting back and forth with customer service but they can’t resolve anything. They can’t suggest anything. I think your team should have intensive training about your service. They can’t even answer a question, they just let you wait then tell you that it’s already been fixed but nothing really happen.

Big disappointment

We were unable to use the prezee card, even with a staff member at farmers trying to help make it work. We ended up paying with a credit card and still have the useless prezee card.
