How confusing can this app be!! Struggled twice to use my gift card. The app is slow and disfunctional. Trying to check my balance was a joke. Id not recommend these gift cards simply because their confusing and misleading through the app.

After buying a gift card three weeks ago I'm still waiting for it to be received by the recipient to use after over a dozen attempts by email and chat of which they show interest at first then it dwindles down to repeat auto messages saying it's now been sent when it hasn't , very poor after sales service when things they do go wrong , won't be using them ever again
