The person I spoke to yousseff he was lovely had a conversation with me why he was sorting the problem and fixed it straight away was a lovely man and I managed to get my gift card back :)

I'd give it 0 stars if I could.
Sent a gift card which was invalid when the recipient went to spend it.
Spent two hours on chat trying to resolve the issue. Chat kept dropping out every time they asked for screenshots. Wouldn't resolve the issue without speaking to tech support, business partners, brand partners.
Really disappointing. Wouldn't buy as a gift again as they're unreliable.
Still not resolved as the chat dropped out AGAIN.
So, nearly two days later, a new gift code has been sent which is still not working and no response to multiple messages. Not inspiring confidence in your competence here

Bought a card and was sent an email with a code to use this took me to Prezzee UK I had to open an account which I did and agree to the terms. I had to tap the bottom and use a code which they has sent me but they hadn't. I talked to customer support for 2 hours trying things they told me to do. And none of it worked. I asked them to cancel it and said it's against there policy. Now I am stuck with a card I cant use and out of pocket too.

Ok , so here is a honest review , my encounter with the robot Joy was straight forward, I got put through to a live agent who just didn't respond at all to my query , I went back to Joy the bot and got put back to a live agent Alfred, he dealt with my query quickly and efficiently, my query dealt with in 10minutes 😊, so this five star review is for Alfred , thank you 😊

Cannot understand the good reviews. I have spent all last evening and this afternoon trying to either activate my gift card or preferably get a refund and have got nowhere at all.
I am disabled and poor and this gift card was meant to be a one off treat to buy a takeaway to share with visiting family and we were all left with nothing and no help.
So upset.
