My complaint is being ignored. They have a confusing platform and won’t reply even when I’ve tried to escalate it. Just send holding emails saying ‘give us 5 days’ then nothing then I chase it up and they send another 5-day holding email and repeat forever

Bought a gift card last Friday. Ive been trying to redeem it several times daily and its just not working. Ive emailed the help email and theyre not getting back to me. Yesterday I purchased a Morrisons voucher for one of our beneficiaries. When I checked the bank account today, the payment was still pending and the voucher had not been received. I reached out to Prezzee UK customer service via their advertised email address and received a positive response within the hour. Jessa's email was extremely professional and polite, stating the action she had taken to reissue the voucher. Once I had confirmed the voucher had been received, I also asked for a receipt for the transaction for our records. This was also responded to in a very timely response of only 4 minutes by Jessa, complete with a receipt attached. Without a doubt, this has been one of my most successful interactions with any Customer Service Representative, I have ever had the experience of dealing with. The timely responses, immediate solutions provided, along with the very pleasant and professional content of Jessa's email has renewed my faith that not all companies operate the same way. Well done Prezzees and Jessa, an absolute delight to engage with, thank you.

If I could put zero for Prezzee, I would have! I bought a £50 voucher on Saturday for my granddaughter‘s birthday on bank holiday Monday the 25th of the May. She doesn’t have an email probably because she’s 16 and they don’t deal with emails! Anyway I had it sent to both my mobile and my email. On her birthday the 25th of May I sent it to her mobile. I thought I was being clever one thing I knew was I didn’t trust that the gift company would send it properly and I wanted to check she got it on her birthday. She had trouble accessing it she thought that she had done something wrong she hadn’t. She went to Bristol where she was going to use this voucher for a Sephora branch. She doesn’t even live in Bristol she lives miles away but that’s the nearest City. I left an email message for Prezzee saying that she was having problems online they couldn’t sort it out at the Bristol store and they said to get back Prezzee. Today I see that they got back to me yesterday in an email telling me that it had been successfully used. They sent me the email. It went to with obvious missing characters for security once again my granddaughter doesn’t have an email and you can even see that that kind of email they said who had opened it. It’s some kind of criminal thing. I’m so angry so disappointed and so upset that this gift card company have not got security or adequate security that some random can access my money. Would I use them again? No I would not. Would I use any other gift card company? No I will not. This is absolutely horrifying. By the way, if this message doesn’t make sense, it’s because I’m so angry I can hardly put a sentence together.

Prezzee is a quick and convenient way to buy and send a gift to those people for whom you don’t know exactly what to buy but know the sort of things they like, if you see what I mean. Living far away from some of my relatives as I do, it is a godsend! On the few occasions I have had to contact Prezzee with a problem they have been amazing at putting it right. It’s a bit of a faff to chat with an actual person but you get there fairly quickly and the difficulty is understood and solved pretty much immediately Great company to deal with

Update....currently on day 6. Customer service also takes days/hours to reply to each email. You can tell its a different person each time, as their only reading the last email, so they are not caught up.
I could not claim my voucher last night as their own website kept throwing error messages. I contacted them by phone (no agents to take call) and by email, only to receive a generic response. I asked for a refund, to be told no. I do not recommend buying a gift card if you need to use it immediately.

Great idea but the customer service is TERRIBLE. I made an account years ago with my old work email, I no longer work for the company so don't have access, trying to get this changed has been an absolute nightmare. I followed the contact us steps on the website and it kept trying to point me to FAQs, when I finally got to send an actual ticket, I just kept getting emails from agents saying I needed to "follow the link and start chatting". I could not. The link either didn't work, or sent me back to the contact us form I filled out previously. I emailed back saying this several times, I even tried on multiple devices. I kept getting the same response. Why is it so hard? Just deal with me by email, I don't have time to mess about with a chat that doesn't exist.
