Worst experience ever. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! They charge you and then don’t send you your purchase, then argue that you can’t get a refund due to terms and conditions which they themselves don’t compy with. Please do not trust them.

Needed a problem fixing asap as I had an issue booking a holiday which meant I needed to get my deleted cards back (the booking had initially gone through elsewhere). I went on the webchat, got a real person and got the issue all fixed and great/friendly service by Jovy!

We had an issue with our email and couldn't retrieve a gift card. We contacted Prezzee. We got a lovely, helpful and very patient lady called Manar. She helped us out really quickly. Sorted out our issue with ease.
