Cancelled order
The accepted my order for a tablet. Then cancelled the order, saying it was on my instruction which it wasn't. Looking on line they have now increased the price by almost £30. Do not purchase anything from them if you actually want to receive it. I have received an email from them saying it was the courier that could not deliver. If this is true they could have used a different courier. Also ignore the response from them below. It is a stock answer and I had reached out to them and it has not helped.

Easy refund
Tracking service was stuck on 'In transit to hub' for several days. I contacted Pricelulu asking what the delay was, and they were having logistics issues. They mentioned I could cancel the order if I urgently needed it because they wouldn't be able to fulfill in time, and they promptly refunded me via the card method I used 2 days after making the request.

This company may offer cheaper prices but they are only affording this by scamming other people from their orders. It has been more than a week since my delivery should have arrived.
I have been so patient with Pricelulu and their incompetent delivery service (they use Yodel). After Yodel confirmed that they messed up my delivery, Pricelulu has offered no compensation or promises of redelivery. They asked for my address but after they stopped contacting me.
It is 100% worth to buy a slightly pricier product from any other provider. Never had such a bad experience like this.

I ordered an airpods pro and a case from them about 8 months ago. I was pretty insecure reading the reviews, but they offered this product for so much cheaper than other companies, I ordered it. The case arrived very soon, but the airpods a few days later than promised. I don’t know if I was just lucky, but I’m happy because everything arrived and I saved a lot of money thanks to them. Although this happened quite long time ago I just wanted to share it to help anyone else who is thinking to buy this product.

Poor customer experience and sketchy delivery service
I bought an iWatch series 6 for £279, with the option for fast shipping: 2-5 working days. It is now day 6 and I have no idea where the parcel is. The stocking/delivery company they rely on is called 724ex.net. There is no info on the internet about this company and the website does seem extremely sketchy. On the website there is no phone number or email address, so it is impossible to get in touch. They did provide a tracking number, but the updates come at midnight and seem totally made up (eg, one day the status was "In transit to hub", the day after "In transit in the hub"). Pricelulu's customer service replies on Whatsapp with totally meaningless replies which are obviously standard copy-paste. On their website, Pricelulu advertise 1 year Apple warranty and original product. If the product does turn up, I will not accept any less than what they promise and I will raise a dispute if the warranty is shorter or the product is used/re-sold/not intact. In the meantime, I have now raised an inquiry with my credit card company. Happy to edit this review if everything is in order. As things stand, I definitely do not recommend Pricelulu.
Edit: the item arrived 15 days after ordering. It was sealed, it is original and registered with Apple and the warranty is 12 months. All in all the product is as advertised and I am happy with it, but if you do order with them, I would not recommend relying on their delivery timescales.

This company are complete scammers bought a supposedly brand new iPhone se2020 last Xmas 2020 turned out to be already registered to a air con company in the USA phone completely locked up
Followed all company demands to return product still waiting for refund and company refusing to reply now
My advice better to set fire to money than give it to this company at least you will feel warm for a moment.
