My Purchace
My Purchace I have no complaints with it, it arrived as promised next day and in perfect condition.
However it was the first time I have used my credit card in at least 4 months and the first time with this card but within a couple of days it was scammed to the value of £347.83 to make an on line purchace with a fashion boutique. One can only assume details have leaked from the legitimate purchase I made from yourselves.
This is in no way targeted at Pricelulu UK and would not hesitate in using your company for future purchases however I feel you should be aware of my experience and if possible increase the security of customers details that you hold.

Reasonable price and service
I ordered a iphone13 two weeks ago and received the package today. The phone came from U.S but it is brand new with 1 year warranty. I opted for 2-5 days delivery so the delivery timeframe was not quite the same as it stated in the website. I am kind of fine with the service as the phone is cheaper than you can buy from big retailers.
If you want to save the money (I did save around £80), you can use this company but the trade-off is that you may not receive the similar service like those big retailers, particularly when there are issues with the orders. In a sense, it is like Ryanair Vs. British Airway.

I would be cautious with pricelulu
I would be cautious with pricelulu. I ordered airpods in January 2021 and returned them in February 2021. Nine months later after multiple emails, have not received a refund despite the product not having been opened or used and it having arrived safely. Have had to initiate small court claims to get a refund. Really disappointing experience
