Hi Team, earlier I wrote a positive feedback after receiving my apple watch before time. But now my order for iphone 13 is still in transit and not delivered yet. Its already past 13 days with no updates. The tracking url is not updated since 6th dec and whatsapp support number is not working as well. I have sent an email and haven't got a response yet. Kindly help check this.

I placed an order on 21 Nov for a pair of Beats earbuds. I haven’t heard anything for a while, so last tuesday 7 dec, I contacted them to get some updates and found out whether they were UK based since it was taking way too long for a British based company. Following day I get a reply saying that they are UK based and that the item will be despatched by 9 dec. Yesterday (9dec) I receive an email instead, stating that due to “logistics” the order will not be fulfilled and they will refund my money. That’s it! After more than 20 days wait. Let’s hope I get my refund now. Lesson learnt!

This order for a MacBook Air ( 441019440694) was made on the 24th of November and allegedly shipped the same date.It was then “in transit “ on the tracking system.Then out of the blue I yesterday received a mail from the sellers apparently blaming the courier for being unable to “ fulfill the order “ and so cancelling it.I WhatsApped back on the site to say that if it was a question of a delayed delivery that I could wait and that I also noted that the same item was still on the site with the same estimated delivery and that if I had to reorder could they confirm the delivery period.Then I received a mail today referring to MY having cancelled the order.Unbelievable!
I see that previous complaints to Trustpilot have received an apparently constructive response and I await a reply to this and my Whatapp…

Please avoid this company, if you are wondering how they can offer items at such a cheap price the secret is they cant.
Its a scam they take you order hold your money for a week then tell you the order is cancelled and refund you.

I ordered an Ipad pro 12.9 inch
I ordered an Ipad pro 12.9 inch. Was a great price, cheaper than everywhere. The item arrived in a sealed box all great, however the plug was not of the UK. It was even an ipad plug, it was a macbook plug adaptor.
After speaking to pricelulu, they agree it was incorrect and sent me an adaptor which didn't seem to work. That they eventually offered me £10 in compensation following days of back and fourths.
I am grateful to have recieved my item and was able to save money by using pricelulu. I wish them all the best, but I felt obliged as I am a user of trustpilot to check companies prior to using them, to write a review to help others.

Use them at your own risk. Last year, I purchased a samsung galaxy watch despite my better judgement, I was pleasantly surprised to receive one through the post. It was from the UAE, however it was much cheaper than anywhere else so couldn't complain.
Onto my second purchase which was for a nintendo switch OLED. Due to it being out of stock everywhere, I decided to use PriceLuLu once again. Never again.
After waiting for a couple of weeks, I received notification from DPD that my package had been delivered. I was out at the time and asked to have it left in the front porch of my house which could be locked after it was left. To my horror, it was left in an unlocked plastic shoe box outside my house. I took a deep breath and just hoped it would be there when I returned from work. I was devastated to discover that it was no longer there when I returned!
I contacted DPD who straight away admitted liability, agreeing that it had been left in an unsafe location, however it was down to the seller to contact them. I contacted PriceLuLu and was asked by them to check cctv, check with neighbours and of course check with DPD which I had already done. I did everything they asked and replied to PriceLuLu.
Next I was told that they would contact DPD and investigate the issue. After several emails back and forth asking for updates, PriceLuLu finally gave me a response:
"Thank you for your email and sorry for the late reply
We have received information from DPD and they have confirmed that the parcel has been delivered.
Following DPD instruction, unfortunately we are not able to issue a refund or resend the item
Please accept our apologies"
I am already aware that the DPD delivery status says delivered, but I have not reveived what I ordered! I am now having to request a charge back with my credit card issuer as I have exhausted all other avenues.
All in all, use PriceLuLu at your own risk. If you receive your item and nothing goes wrong, you can bag yourself a discount...however if ANYTHING goes wrong, don't expect any support.
