If I could give zero I would - Main Christmas present ordered 11 December so plenty of time for delivery for Christmas or so you would of thought. Contacted company on 20 December as was getting anxious about it not arriving to be told it would be delivered on 22nd December. Guess what still no tablet. Have sent Facebook messages/WhatsApp message and emailed but no response. Royal Mail tracker states it is the south midlands whilst the other one shows it hasn’t moved since the 21 December. Going to be one very upset little girl on Christmas Day. Do not use

Credit Card Scammers
All products are genuine but they are priced low because they make their money back by hacking your bank details. For starters who puts a service charge on using PayPal. They do this so you will use your card. Then once you have recieved your item they then use your details to get more money. They attempted to take £2,200 off my credit card. Even rang up pretending to be my bank and push the transaction through. Con Artists!!

I’m experiencing the same as other reviewers. Paid and informed that the parcel is in transit with 724 EX. Never heard of this delivery service and a Google search says it’s a SCAM.
No response from PriceLULU to emails or WhatsApp. I’d like to cancel the order and have my money back.

Bought a Intel Core i9-9900K received automated email to say item will be shipped once payment received. Payment made straight away, another automated email to say the item has been shipped and provided tracking ID.
Following day received an email from the Support Team to say -:
Our courier informed us that, unfortunately, the product you have bought from us " Intel Core i9-9900K Desktop Processor 8 Cores 3.6GHz Unlocked LGA1151 300 Series 95W “currently cannot be fulfilled.
Look at the Facebook page.....with the same story of many customers who have been disappointed.

Previously I have ordered from pricelulu (AirPods) which came pretty fast by Royal Mail. But now that I’ve ordered 2 more items coming from a company called 724 express? I’ve never seen this company before nor any research online about it which doesn’t seem the best. My items been stuck “in transit” for days and not seem to be updated. 724 express needs to give more information on where abouts packages is as it leaves buyers wondering if they actually are getting their packages.

Bought a tablet for Christmas
Bought a tablet for Christmas . Has been 2 weeks . Stuck on In Transit contacted them said it will be sent to the local hub till 20th. I just asked for a refund. They confirmed that refund will be sent in 3-5 working days so now let's see if they gonna even refund that. Do not use this site. Pay 20-30 more but buy from something you can actually trust.

We, like others, continue to wait for the delivery of an Ipad that was ordered with the promise of a 5 day delivery. It was for our son's birthday and it is now a week late. We have tried to contact the company and nothing. It has shown to be in transit for over a week with no update at all. Selling used and refurbished mobile as NEW
I ordered galaxy s21 ultra described as new for a gift purpose.
The mobile came with a second seal on and some sign of usage and previous user social media still on and active.
Sending massages on their whatsup with no reply,

Not sure what to make of them.
Placed an order for apple smart watch and IPhone 13. Had delivery from Royal Mail on Saturday only watch turned up. Notified them by email on Saturday and today Monday 13th December no reply as yet. I also WhatsApp but not sure if that number works only one tick. Will wait till Wednesday if no reply will contact my credit card company.
Not sure what to make of them.
Will probably have to buy another phone as it was for a Christmas present.
