DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. The sell electrical goods with non eu part numbers. This means you will not be covered by an eu warranty. Their customer services is very unhelpfully. pay a little extra to get the proper eu item and warranty. BUYER BEWARE!

The watch we received was not for UK use.
The Samsung watch we received was not for use in the UK. I would have put the lowest review score possible, but in the end, we did receive a full refund. Getting a refund was stressful and customer support tried their best to dissuade me, but a smartwatch that cannot be registered to the UK will not fully function.

Brilliant
Hassle free service from the point of sale to delivery. A very competitive price on the Nintendo Switch OLED we purchased. I received regular delivery progress updates, great customer service all round.

iPad Air 2020
We ordered 2 ipad airs in the Black Friday sale.
Delivery states it will take 10-15 working days.
I emailed the company to chase, communication was prompt and helpful and via email and watts app.
The ipads delivered via dpd within the agreed time.
They were well packaged, brand new and came with an adaptor.
They appear to work perfectly.
I think a lot of the negative feedback reviews are due to impatient people ordering late and not waiting the stated delivery time.
We saved loads by not buying from a store, we just had to wait a little longer and are pleased with our purchase!
