I recently purchased a Rolex Day-Date from Mark, and the experience was exceptional. He is highly professional and delivered the watch within two weeks, completely hassle-free. Purchased my first watch from Pride & Pinion and it was beyond easy - I saw they had a watch listed that I was interested in for a great price, after confirming a few details via email (that were answered immediately) I completed the purchase and I had the watch in my hand in the UK the following day!

If you’re looking for a watch to celebrate a milestone in life, please look elsewhere. My experience with Pride and Pinion was extremely disappointing. There were problems with sending the watch to me, and when it finally arrived, it had a broken movement—despite their promises that it was in good condition. When I tried to resolve the issue, they didn’t want to return the full amount of my money. The situation got so bad that I even had to contact the police in Belfast to figure out what to do. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone. A lot of dishonesty. Wouldn't trust them again.

I asked Luke to source me a watch and I'm very impressed with the professionalism and helpfulness every step of the way. Wouldn't hesitate to use their service in the future.

Good overall. Was not aware that watches are sold with maximum number of links in "bracelet". had to pay to get these adjusted. also, delivery was longer than I hoped, considering it was sent from Belfast to Dublin. however, the watch is exactly as described and it was a good price. would I use Pride and Pinion again? 100%

I had a great experience by my watch. The guys have pride and Pinion really looked after me didn’t matter that it was a smaller purchase. They really went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with what I was buying 10 out of 10.
