We had our first visit from Dan yesterday. He was lovely and really listened to the issue we’ve been having with our current saddle. Dan was very knowledgeable and gave us great advice on what to do to resolve the issue with our saddle as the saddle we have is a good fit for the pony and my daughter so does not need to be replaced so no pushy sale for a new saddle.
Dan kept us up to date with his arrival and was with us when he said he would be. Would highly recommend Dan and we will definitely be using him again in the future.

very impressed with Dan he was friendly knowledgeable calm and patient with my horse took his time checked everything and advised me fully no saddle adjustments needed this time but ongoing appointments arranged for regular check ups 😊

Dan Woods was a great saddle fitter. No pressure to buy but he was was very knowledgeable about what was wrong with our old saddle and in coming up with a saddle to suit both our daughter and her horse. He was incredibly patient and was very helpful to me as a mum who is on a steep learning curve since buying our horse last year!! He gave us lots of time to try and retry saddles to make sure our daughter was reassured about her choice… plus he also had it in black ;) Absolutely recommend Dan as a trustworthy saddle fitter:)

First class service, Nothing is a hassle for Dan, he was extremely patient and attentive to our needs during the saddle fitting, he was very thorough and ensured the saddle was a perfect fit for both the horse and rider after trying a good few, our new saddle was delivered 2 days after ordering. All of their products are great quality and reasonably priced, but you only get what you pay for.

My saddle broke at Blair and had two horses there competing showjumping that shared a saddle. After a rather stressful few hours looking for some help and feeling very stuck, we found Dan who came across and fitted a saddle that was within budget, exactly what was asked and fitted the horses lovely. Very happy with the experience, he was very thorough and took his time, will definitely be continuing to use him in the future.

Dan came out to see our new mare at short notice and the service was second to none he is very professional and we have a happy horse and rider thanks again

There was no hard sell with a very positive outcome , with our brand new saddle arriving in just two days time. Such a wonderful shopping experience. We needed an item that I was unable to locate in America on short notice.
