Ordered from this company for about 4 years now since it very first started.. always very quick and helpful when ever there is an issue with order they sort it straight away no questions asked! Exactly what you want if your a working makeup artist and need things sorted quickly so you have your order on time, would fully recommend wouldn’t go anywhere else

Very unhappy... Customs duties to Ireland was more expensive than the products themselves ( and paid the guts of 10 euro on taxes and shipping at the checkout) due to this I never received the items and the post office returned the package directly.. I had to get onto primalash to refund me as they hadn't.. then I see that they have refunded me 10euro less than what I paid? I do not understand this.. are they not refunded me for postage for a product I never received? I have contacted them and they have made no effort to resolve. AVOID

Do not order from this company!!! I ordered a big batch of eyelashes over 3 weeks ago still not received my items and no email updates on where my order is. I have contacted them 4 times to get an update and still no correspondence, I will be taking this further

The best lash brand with such a wide variety! They do great mua discount which is amazing as I always buy in bulk!
My only honest opinion is as there are so many lashes a lot of the bestsellers are out of stock a lot, which can be frustrating, but that’s only because they are the best ones!
I am a working makeup artist and I love to stock a variety of lashes for my clients to choose from and they’re always so happy with the selection I have thanks to Primalash :)

I order my lashes from here all the time. Not only are they affordable they last me ages. The quality is amazing each lash is beautiful and so durable. My favourite place to order my lashes!

10/10 lashes always use them on myself & clients & cannot fault the customer service either but since brexit the customs have been crazy expensive so I’m not benefiting from the mua discount anymore as I’m an Irish makeup artist I always buy in bulk so I’m spending over €30 on customs with every order now for only about 10 pairs of lashes ☹️ Disappointing on that end but I will continue to order
