I placed my first order with Primal Chakra a couple of days ago and I’m really pleased with my orgone pyramids they look beautiful and I even got a free light with them so thank you. I will definitely be ordering more crystals from you again soon and they came very well packaged as well. The only thing I’d like to see is more shipping options like Royal Mail for example as Evri are sometimes not very good.

I was stuck what to buy a colleague who is very spiritual.
Then I came across Primal Chakra, we ordered a necklace and an Orgone pyramid. Both arrived at the same time, the pyramid was very carefully wrapped in a cardboard packaging and the necklace in a little jewellery box.
I'm sure she'll love them.

Primal Chakra went above and beyond to ensure I received the beautiful pendant I ordered for Xmas . Evri failed to deliver it and stopped responding to my e-mails and when I reached out to Kristie she responded by sending a replacement at no extra cost to me and by a different postal service. Thank you so much Kristie and Primal Chakra .

The actual item is lovely. Unfortunately it was delivered by Evri. Although the parcel was clearly marked as fragile, the delivery person had thrown it in very a 6’ fence onto a concrete path. One of the gems is chipped which is disappointing. I think the set is lovely but not sure I will use it as the intended present

Really thought this company was good as read good reviews
Unfortunately it was not good for me nearly 2 weeks after ordering items still not arrived
But they use Evri for delivery which is the worst courier
Had ordered items as a birthday gift but never came on time
Actually they still haven't arrived
Very disappointing
