Lovely sofa! Very comfy, delivery was a bit more awkward then expected, heard nothing for a week after ordering then got a call to say delivery the same day between 2-5. But delivery went smoothly and answered when I contacted them.

I ordered a 3 and 2 seater sofa on the 1st of August from the shop in erdington and they delivered it the very nxt day ,really well packaged , they unwrapped it for me set it up where I wanted it and took all the packaging away ,helpful and friendly !! Definitely recommend them 👍

Very impressive with the whole process of ordering and delivery. Very helpful with answering ally questions on the layout off the sofa; via messenger. Was unsure of what corner left or right to order. Sent a picture on a Sunday and got an immediate response. Always very friendly and helpful. Finally placed order on Friday; got a phone call on Sunday morning; should you like your delivery early afternoon. WOW amazing delivery. The drivers where super polite and brought everything in where we wanted it to go. The sofa came all wrapped in cardboard and plastic; no issues with anything. The quality is fantastic and we are very pleased. Best of all is the price is truly brilliant compared to the retail park super stores. If you are considering purchasing from Primal furnishings we would 100% recommend.

Great service , order was delayed however I was kept informed of the drivers whereabouts etc and the driver was very friendly and helpful as I am on crutches currently .
