Delivery was a little confusing but got there in the end…. Communication was exemplary

"I'm absolutely thrilled with this sofa! The cushions are incredibly comfortable and supportive, and they bounce right back – no sagging at all. The fabric feels high-quality, and the whole sofa seems very well-made. Plus, it was a fantastic price for such a great piece of furniture. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a new sofa, and I'd absolutely use this company again! The only downside was the lack of communication with the delivery driver – a little more notice would have been appreciated."

I bought a 2 seater sofa a
and armchair yesterday afternoon, an it was delivered this afternoon. My old suite was carried downstairs ready for disposal as was the packaging put in the bins.
My only critique is that when I purchased the items it said 7 to 10 days Delivery, so I planned to have the old sofas out to hoover and clean the carpets before delivery That wasn't going to happen was it.

Great experience with communication from this company, nothing was too much trouble and I’m really pleased with my sofa. It’s comfortable and what I expected, fits perfectly in my lounge. Overall would use again and recommend to others. Really impressed, and the boys that delivered it were friendly and helped me take it upstairs as I live alone in a flat. Thank you primal

Was told item would be delivered within 7 /10 and it was. On day of delivery company had a problem with their vehicle, however they did guarantee it would be here. They kept us informed of the delay and their estimated delivery time. Due to traffic the delivery time had to change but we were informed at every stage. The delivery men were very helpful and apologetic for the delay when they got to us at 9.30pm.

Costumer service great very helpful and lovely! Couch is lovely but the cushions will not last long it's like they are not big enough and go right in when you sit on them and it makes the covers very loose! their not very good quality for lasting so I may end up paying out for more but frame of couch very good

The furniture I ordered was excellent and exactly what the pictures displayed. The delivery guy was friendly, helpful and very polite…..I was extremely impressed by the whole experience.

Sofa is really comfortable when we put it together. Great value for money the only downside is the packaging.

Very nice sofa

Delivery issues meant the mattress arrived very late in the day and only one man delivered it which meant my husband who has a bad back had to assist to get it inside. I had an evening commitment and could not wait any longer for the delivery. We finally got our bed made at 11.30pm!

Absolutely shocking service. Recliner corner sofa made from cheap bits of off cut wood, the most uncomy solid sofa. None of it lined up when put together. They promised to send out a guy to repair it but he never showed. Promised to send out replacement sofa sections, never showed. Promised to give me a partial refund but again that never showed. Now I'm blocked on Facebook and WhatsApp.
I dont have any paperwork as i paid with Klarna.

I sold the sofa 2 weeks after your team where supposed to come and fix it.
You offered £100 refund after I'd sold it and that was the last message you sent me.
Ive sent you 30 messages on WhatsApp and not 1 reply sin e the refund was offered

Ordered on a Tuesday delivered on the Friday, fabulous service, nothing too much trouble. The sofa is so comfortable, the fabric is amazing and the customer service has been excellent.

Honestly the best sellers, communication was top tier from the start, delivery drivers were very professional and helpful. I would recommend this company to everyone, and the sofa is beautiful, soft, and very cosy. Best purchase of the year so far.
