Useless manager, young staff is quite nice.

I had bought a mug which turned out to be broken. The old witch manager said that if it had been broken, I would have returned it the next day, which is nonsense, I have been a personal shopper for many years and I was within the time frame. Haven't come across someone so daft in years. She can put the broken mug where the sun don't shine.

Bad quality

I was pretty stoked when I saw how big the Primark in Westfield, London was. I straight away bolted into the store wanting me some clothes. I was great!!! I raided the shop buying everything that looked good. I then saw some shoes I wanted to try on, they had gum with a piece of brown hair on it- it was chewed-. I was disappointed and sad. I decided to overlook this and got a new pair. Then I bought more stuff.

I came home eager to wear it. I decided to do a little catwalk; it was just... sad. I bought a red polar neck which was tearing and all of the fluff was slowly going: peep, peep, poof. It was EVERYWHERE! I purchased a long sleeve grey top. It was good... for two weeks. It was like... no. I got last minute black work shoes and they ripped and the cheap paint was wishy washy.

Hope to see better in the future.
