I offered Prime a lot of work for a number of years. They still work with my ex-employers.
In 2024 I turned to them for help. Heard nothing after the initial call. Made me send them my CV.- Nothing.
Recently I turned to them for a job they advertised. Katie asked me to send her my updated CV.
I heard nothing back and she avoided my calls.
It is clear they are not interested but being hesitant and not honest is rather disapponting after the long term collaboration we had.
Great attitude from a manager!
Needles to say I won't be turning back to them and will never recommend or offer them work.

I was with them for near on 3 years team was always helpful especially Amy in Wages and Chris who kept helping me after some jobs that didn’t work out but finally I’m permanent as of the end of October highly recommend.Thanks Prime

They managed to find me some employment near enough straight away with a company close to home they were very helpful if I had any questions they are all polite and helpful very pleasant and professional service

Fantastic company to deal with!

I am a little late in writing my review as they assisted me back in August 2023. They add a personal touch to their service and always go the extra mile! I cannot recommend them enough! They also helped a family member secure a job that they enjoy!

I really appreciate the efforts of Julia and Mitchell, they were very informative, would keep me updated at every stage of the process and the turn around was so quick.

I was dubious of using a recruitment company due to previous bad experience with another recruitment company; however, they gave me confidence again in recruitment agencies.

I was given consistent updates on where my application was in the process, with relevant advice and guidance along the way. Polite and professional service.

After my job fell though and I worked my notice on previous job I needed to find a new role. Prime where very pleasant and helpful and succeeded in my new role very quickly indeed. Would very much recommend Prime to anyone job seeking.

I was in a difficult situation where i was left without work half way through my notice period between my new job and the existing one. I contacted Prime Appointments and was immediately seen and inducted on the same day prior to the branch closure. I was then given temporary work the following day in a great local company with an amazing team, which i am currently with until the end of this week. Chris and his team were amazing and kept great communication at all times. They were professional and had always endeavoured to answer all of my queries in a timely manner. A started a temp to permanent position through Prime Appointments.
The whole process was smooth sailing and dealing with Chris Mason was a privilege. He was totally honest and helpful and really made me feel confident about the job.
No issues at all , payment was always spot on and all any questions I had were answered very quickly.
The right job can change your life and as this employment means I can move house - my life has indeed changed as the job is now permanent.
Chris is a diamond and I can't recommend him enough.

Cannot big up Mitchell enough for what he did to help me at Prime appointments. Within the space of 3 weeks from our first phone call i had 2 interviews and an offer on the table, all thanks to Mitchell's hard work. They are really helpful! the person I dealt with named Ross not only got me an interview straight away but then helped me through the whole process of interviewing as I get quite nervous and never know what to say, he gave me tips and pointers and I ended up getting the job! very happy!

Best appointment agency I found in uk. Thank to Laura for giving me this amazing experience. I have worked for prime a few times over the years and they have always been great. The work has been good they have always kept in contact to see how you are getting on things like that. But this time around this has not been the case unfortunately.

I registered and submitted my CV and I received contact the next day about a suitable opportunity.

Laura has been extremely helpful, she assisted me in finding a role very quickly and her communication has been excellent. An interview was arranged at my earliest convenience and Laura was genuinely interested to know how it went, providing me with clear updates at every stage.

You register, and they call when a suitable job opportunity comes across that you probably haven’t seen elsewhere. What more could you want?

But seriously, since registering myself for work 3 months ago, I’ve had nothing but exceptional communication from the team including Mitchell, Jack, and Julia. Whenever they find a suitable role, you’ll hear about it and ensure they represent you to the best standard. They have all come across as helpful and friendly individuals so I hope other people will experience the same as I have.

I’ll always be grateful for Juila getting my job in what was probably a record time within two days from a call on Tuesday landing the job offer on Wednesday!
