Lovely apartment

Lovely apartment and good communication. Really clean and has everything you need, the flat is so spacious and perfect for 4 people. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again! Really easy to get to the car park too.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE

AWFUL EXPERIENCE. READ REVIEWS BEFORE YOU GO. Host was rude and abusive. I asked for help on the booking.com chat, he told me I hadn't filled out the prearrival form which was completely unclear from the previous message. I mentioned this was inconvenient as I was parked on the side of the road and could he help as the link wasn't copy/paste able into a browser. He phoned me and started hurling abuse immediately. Honestly so shocked and never had an experience like it. After I explained that all I had done was ask for help he continued to shout at me and told me he doesn't host people 'like me', he then laughed and said the booking was cancelled and he would send me a full refund. I called booking.com who said this was fine and they would send a relocation link, he then declined the link from them and said there hadn't been any issue and I was still welcome to stay. As you can imagine I wasn't comfortable enough to stay anymore and booking.com said as they had no proof of the phonecall from him they could not refund me. I feel totally scammed and if you check the other reviews im not the first. Avoid at all costs.....

The apartment wasn’t up to standard

The apartment wasn’t up to standard, dirty apartment with dirty bedding. The host is very unprofessional, corny, liar and a thief and refuse to refund my security deposit which he initially told me will be refunded within 7days but I still haven’t received the said refund even after 1 months. Host kept lieing that tide has refunded and even forwarded me fake email which turned out to be the payment confirmation of the security deposit I made and not the refund. Avoid this host

0 stars if possible very rude host when asked when I will receive my deposit the host rudely told me to read the policy on the booking which states deposit is returned within 7 working days after checking out well it’s been over 2 weeks and the host excuse is they’re “busy with other customers” very very poor service and it might as well be a scam. Upon leaving this review the host has called me and threatened to not pay me my deposit if I do not delete this review. Please do not book with this company as they will hold your deposit and not pay it back. The host is currently using my details and sending me death threats over not sending me a £100 deposit. Police report will be filed.

Dreadful

Dreadful. Avoid. This is bordering on a scam. I booked just before arrival but couldn't get in. No one will answer the number provided. They demanded a 100gbp deposit but all my emails asking to speak to someone were ignored. They know once you've paid you're stuck I never got in and they would not refund. They have zero interest in service, only greed for your cash.

VERY STRESSFUL holiday
Leeds 2 bed apartment near LGI.
Our main issue was with the agent, his rudeness, attitude and unprofessionalism.

No communication from agent until we were on the doorstep of the apartment, phone call looking for £100 deposit, if not paid, we were not gaining entry! That deposit has not been returned with no explanation given!

We raised concerns over issues in apartment, in my opinion, agent took it very personally. Several emails followed from him...bordering on badgering, some very aggressive, one sent at 11.15 at night telling us we would have to leave! Our holiday was ruined by such aggressive, unprofessional behaviour.

I am seeking advice on how best to proceed.

I would advise anyone not to use this agency.

DO NOT BOOK

DO NOT BOOK. Do not believe the reviews for this apartment. This is a scam, and you must avoid it at all cost. Prime Doorstep took a £100 deposit which they have failed to return, and do not respond to my emails.The apartment is scruffy, with cupboard doors missing, leaking taps, a fridge that doesn't shut, and the balcony that is screwed shut. I attach photos. I will be reporting the company to the police for fraud.

Visited La Salle Apartments on 9th-15th…

Visited La Salle Apartments on 9th-15th March 2025 was absolutely disappointed photos were nothing like what was advertised. £100 security deposit was taken out of my account still waiting on a reason why. I also took photos on entering the apartment to cover the damage that was already there

I have recently got review remove request from Trustpilot which is requested by Primedoorstep and they are very interested remove the review but not interested to pay my £100 deposit. They should feel Guility not hold my deposit for more than 8 months.
@primedoorstep - Everyone can see they did not even replied to my theread and is this your habit not to pay the deposit and you are doing one time business with customers - Can you please asnwer here else I will raise with hotels website

**Avoid**

What an appalling place. Avoid at all costs.
If I’m honest this may have been a nice place back in the day but it’s tired and unclean. Stunk of weed, hole in the kitchen tap that just sprayed water everywhere. Dirty bedding, tv didn’t work, dirty floors and sofa, plaster hanging off walls. Cupboards hanging off, lights having out of the ceiling. Had to book another hotel, owner has blocked me and not refunded my money or my deposit.

Great apartment

Great apartment, so tidy and a lovely view of the docks.
James helped me a lot with anything I needed.
2 min walking distance from the parking spot as well

I have been staying in James apartments…

I have been staying in James apartments for over 4 years now he has always been so helpful and always goes above and beyond to make sure I have a fantastic stay, his rooms are clean never have anything to complain about. Always has extra towels has all the toiletries you need, I enjoy staying here pretty much every weekend & wouldn’t book anywhere else in Leeds; he definitely does look after his guests!! Definitely would recommend locals and people who live out the city to book!!! X

I found James to be so pleasant and helpful to deal with. Booking is very straightforward. The apartment I stayed in is beautiful and perfectly located. I cannot recommend this location and apartment highly enough.

Beautiful view and very helpful staff!

James had been so helpful to us to give very clear instructions for checking in and out, car registration & sending help when the window was jammed.

The property was beautiful with view of the canal. There is a Tesco Express which makes buying groceries so convenient.
