I needed an EPC for my parents home ahead of a sale. The booking process was great, I was able to choose a suitable day & time slot. Muhammad contacted me prior to the appointment. He explained what he needed for the inspection, was very professional and courteous. The certificate was posted on the register within 24 hours.
