Excellent Prompt Service

I needed an EPC for my parents home ahead of a sale. The booking process was great, I was able to choose a suitable day & time slot. Muhammad contacted me prior to the appointment. He explained what he needed for the inspection, was very professional and courteous. The certificate was posted on the register within 24 hours. Excellent Prompt Service, would highly recommend Prime EPC.

Excellent service

"I contacted Prime EPC and Designing Consultants when I needed an EPC for my home ahead of a sale. Muhammad carried out the assessment and the whole experience was straightforward from start to finish. He arrived on time, explained what he was looking at during the inspection, and the certificate was lodged on the national register the same day. He also took the time to point out a couple of improvements that could raise the rating, which I had not expected. Professional, efficient and fairly priced. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone needing an EPC in Manchester."
David, thanks
