While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more
To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. We recognise we may not catch everything, and you can flag anything you think we may have missed. Read more

PrimeFix opened in St. Catharines in 2023, young enough that the first few dozen reviews decided whether there would be a company at all. That pressure turned out to be useful training: the habits it built are still the rules. One written price approved before any work, a diagnostic that costs nothing once the repair is booked, and a straight answer when a machine is not worth its own repair. Today we run two branches, St. Catharines and Niagara Falls, fixing fridges, washers, dryers, dishwashers, stoves and ovens: Samsung, LG, GE, Whirlpool, Bosch, KitchenAid and most other brands. Gas work runs under our TSSA fuels registration, and every repair carries a 90-day parts and labour warranty. We read everything posted on this page and answer it, starting with the reviews we wish we had not earned, because those are the ones that still teach us something.
