Scam. Ordered a pair of boots. Website gone . No contact

Do not order! This is a scam! All I receive was a plastic envelope the size of my hand with my address only to show they have delivered the product.

Ordered football boots and got a small sticker with France on it i paid £38. An absolute SCAM. Tried to contact them and the website doesn't exist, stay well clear from Prime sports.

Hi i have ordered from the site and i am 3 weeks in and still nothing. The site no longer exists and i cant find any contact details.
I also received small package containing a very small sticker.
Should i try getting money refunded from my credit card provider?

I have been emailing for weeks regarding purchase, no response and the website has been taken down. Absolute joke fraudsters DO NOT USE IF REACTIVATED

I’ve ordered a pair of boots from this place 4 weeks ago… heard nothing back and now the link has gone, not responding to emails it’s a scam (in my book)

I have sent a number of emails asking wher eis the order which i have placed 2 weeks ago. With no response.
Today I received nothing but a sticker.

I do not recommend this company.

Do they EVER stop talking? How about letting us watch the game instead of unrelenting and needless talking. Watch the great announcers on other networks. They are not trying to impress with non-stop talking, instead, they let us enjoy the game and add key points. I am always disappointed to her that a game is on Prime. I will always turn the sound way down to hardly anything at all.

You give them your money they answer you back many times until it stops and you don’t receive your order or a refund!
3 months now and counting, they replied to me saying a refund was coming 3-5 working days it’s now 10 and I feel it’s never coming

Ordered a football shirt, no contact for two weeks so I hassled them for an update. Gave me a tracking number, 4 weeks later, no shirt, tracking showing the item in transit for 30 days. They don’t answer my emails or website contact form at all now.
Crooks.

Liverpool shirt 24/25 very badly sewn around neck, it's impossible to wear it and can't return it because has player name on it. Waste of money. Took long to deliver

Ordered twice now, first shirt took 5/6 weeks to get to the UK by which time I'd seen loads of online mentions stating the shirts were fake. Well my orders arrived, absolute carbon copies of the original / licensed products available at a much higher price but, have noticed the care tags match too with the same 'Country of Manufacture'. Yes, they take a few weeks to arrive but I've no doubt they're original, guessing whoever's got the contract for making them is over producing & selling them on out the back door

Never ever use this site!! I did receive my tops but completely fake! Tried on many occasions to contact them to return shirts but they wouldn’t provide a returns address. Now they just refuse to answer any emails.

Ordered on the 16th of August for my sons birthday on the 05th of September!

Giving my self plenty of time according to their delivery guidelines.

No tracking number received and an email to them which they replied to stating it was with courier!

Let’s skip to the good part- items arrived this morning and completely wrong order.

A Celtic Football strip arrived instead of Chelsea with Palmer 20 on the back. My poor kid would get hounded for that. Can you even imagine. 😢

Email sent and still awaiting a reply but I am requesting a full refund.

What a joke- recommended by a friend but can hand on heart say I will NEVER order from them again!

This is not a scam I repeat this is not a scam. After thinking my money was gone and I was scammed, 5 weeks later 2 perfect looking replica football shirts turn up and I’m amazed at the quality. Thank you very much. Don’t give up hope. Remember they are probably being shipped from China.

Shirts are genuine which is great but delivery is terrible. Waited almost a month for my last order to arrive although support did respond to my emails that time. This time the shirts I ordered on the 17th of August still have not arrived have contacted support twice with no response. Not a good look when a customer has spent hundreds of pounds on an order. Won't be using this company again.

I thought it was a scam but I eventually received my jersey after 3 weeks. Quality is surprisingly good (better than expected) and looks exactly as advertised. I’m happy with my purchase and I’d probably buy from them again.

I ordered a Chelsea shirt on 19/07/2024 from primefootballkits.com on the recommendation of one guy on Twitter. I never received that shirt. I wrote an email-they replied that the jersey was delivered (they sent me a link to follow the shipment on some Chinese website). I did NOT receive the football shirt NOR the money back!

Found this to be the best available resource to buy jersey - its not as original but at that price its just like original.

It is 10 days now since I placed my order and yes you sent me the above tracking number information however I checked with Yodel and although the status shows that they have received the package, in reality I understand it is merely a booking you have made with Yodel and they are yet to receive my package. See below my correspondence with Yodel:

We haven't received your parcel from your retailer yet. Once we have your parcel, you will be able to track its journey to you on our website or our app and can also manage the changes/amendments to your parcel from the website. Alternatively, you can contact your retailer for further information.
Could you please confirm WHEN I will be receiving my package? This was bought as a birthday present and I will be needing it ASAP!
