This was my last email about 3 days ago. Still waiting for a response.Reiterates they are nothing but scammers!I
It is 10 days now since I placed my order and yes you sent me the above tracking number information however I checked with Yodel and although the status shows that they have received the package, in reality I understand it is merely a booking you have made with Yodel and they are yet to receive my package. See below my correspondence with Yodel:

We haven't received your parcel from your retailer yet. Once we have your parcel, you will be able to track its journey to you on our website or our app and can also manage the changes/amendments to your parcel from the website. Alternatively, you can contact your retailer for further information.
Could you please confirm WHEN I will be receiving my package? This was bought as a birthday present and I will be needing it ASAP!

I know these are not the real shirts but they are just as good,who would want to pay £90+ for a football shirt for one season and then go about it again next season

Well they have taken my money but as yet no e mail received re dispatch despite them advertising 4/5 days for dispatch.
No reply to two e mails so beginning to think I will have to write off my money. If it’s not a scam then customer service is bloody awful and I would suggest avoiding this company.

All those people writing good things about this company are all workers of this fraud company. They will never ship the item to you and neither will they refund your money. It's a fraud site.

I didn't receive the payment email after paying for the uniform. In this regard, I sent an email there, and he asked me for the order number. I replied that I didn't know the order number because I didn't receive the payment-related mail, and after that, they don't read my mail at all. Please don't buy it here.

This site is fraud. I have purchased a jersey a month ago and l haven't received any item till date .No alert of shipping and they have refused to reply my messages.

I got the shirt I ordered and the quality is good. It just took 3 weeks to deliver.

Spot-on Arsenal "authentic version" home jersey. Fake, authentic?......I don't really care what people say - this shirt is the same quality of "player versions" I've seen in Islington stores. Great quality, fit, printing and price was fantastic! Placed the order 5/17 and received 6/7 in USA. I'll be a returning customer when more are released.

They claim to have shipped the shirt but it never arrived and it never moved from where they said it was. They fed me a pack of lies that went on for a month.

Similar experience to Solly. I ordered on 1st February and received an email next day to say there would be a short delay due to lack of stock. Now, no one will answer emails or messages sent via web-site. The support mail address given in their FAQs is superfootballshirts (which bounces back undeliverable) - take a moment to read those reviews before you shop

I place an order on the 27th January 2024.Today is the 10 March 2024 and haven't received my delivery. Support is now ignoring my emails and not being supportive.I requested a tracking number they ignoring me . I am now suspecting this to be scam 😒

The site is not fake. The product was ordered on the 25th of December and arrived on the 26th of January, but it's understandable since it came from China. The product itself is a replica, it's not original. The quality is decent but it doesn't compare with the real deal, at least in my case.

The shirts I ordered are amazing, exactly the same as you’d get from the club shops with the tags on and everything. Best part is, at the time of ordering, all shirts are HALF PRICE so it’s amazing value for money. Only negative I have is that they don’t give you much updates about shipping so I had to email them myself to find out what’s happening and to get my tracking details. Other than that all good!
