The 2 fitters worked hard and tidily, completing all work on time and to a very high standard. They were polite and informative, as was the electrician they used.
Would recommend to anyone and will certainly use in future for any other work.

All the original planned work was completed to the estimated cost. Some possible additional costs were identified in that plan and clearly explained to me. The work was carried out to a high standard. All the company staff were friendly and considerent; even one of my neighbours said the same. The timetable turned out to be a little optimistic for updating both my kitchen & bathroom but within my expectation for contingency. The main reason appeared to be because the main kitchen fitter was also the tiler.

Prime came highly recommended and I can completely understand why. Ricky came initially to quote for installation of 5 new radiators, disconnect fireplace gas, gas work in kitchen, he was also happy to recommend radiator companies to source designer radiators. His team did a stellar job, punctual and great workmanship.
I have also used again for new boiler and conversion from water tank to system boiler and also annual boiler service.
Overall very nice team (engineers and support team) and I would highly recommend to anyone.

Very professional impressed with their uniforms looked very smart and easily identified. Service carried out efficiently and engineer took time to explain how to identify any issues and how to react. Took time out to also check radiators which were also replaced at time of boiler installation

100% would recommend this company, I have used them before and they did a fantastic job sorting out my boiler problem. This time I just required a boiler service which they did promptly and efficiently. I happened to mention a couple of my radiators were not heating properly, so while he was here, he sorted them too. I can't thank them enough, they will always be my go-to plumbing and heating company.

Excellent service from Ricky and his crew. Worcester Bosch boiler fitted and new Radiators. The team worked for two days non-stop to get our Central Heating up and running. Highly recommended.

Ricky and the boys kick started our ageing Vaillant boiler late on New Years Eve! Subsequently, changed it to a new black Worcester Bosch 8000 35kwh. All work carried out in a completely professional yet very cool and friendly manner.

Competitive quote, extremely calm and thorough through the whole process of understanding and finalizing the best boiler and fitting option for the property. Extremely professional and courteous over the 2 days and made sure everything was working, explained and tidied up before leaving. Lot of pipework running through the property and they made sure that aesthetically it all looked well. Folks came after their planned 2 days to ensure the required flushing of all the radiators was done diligently and successfully. Excellent company I would highly recommend and use them going forward, my boiler went down for a week, nice guy come around quoted me for a new boiler and was in the next day to install it, work was carried out so well and efficiently, will be using them in the future

I had quite a lot of plumbing work (new rad, installs of taps, toilet, washing and dishwasher, a shower repair and a new boiler. It’s a good team. The people are personable and helpful. Communication is good. They turn up when they say they will and the quality of the work is good. Would definitely recommend them.
