Just had a first time boiler service.
By Tom, he was very pleasant and efficient would definitely recommend Prime Gas.

Tom came to carry out our annual boiler service as well as carry out some external pipework (redirect the condensate pipe). Work carried out efficiently and quickly with a very nice friendly engineer. I would recommend using Prime anytime.

Alas my 21 year old combi boiler stopped working so a replacement required.
Most of my family have used Ricky and his team so I called Prime.
Replacement fitted in good time and a minor issue on site was resolved very quickly by Ricky so no long drawn out delays without heat in the recent cold spell.
Ricky and the team were all very friendly and helpful, as well as the office staff.
More heating works to be done shortly so they are coming back.

I got in touch with Prime as our old boiler packed in. I find the whole experience seamless and easy to deal with. The reception staff are very polite and curteous. Rik came over to do an assessment in order to provide us a quote. He was very knowledgeable and worked with me to discuss a potential plan for installing the pipework that wouldn't interfere with my fresh plastering & decorating job. I found their pricing to be very reasonable especially when compared to BOXT which had let me down previously with crap customer service and failed bookings!

Once I'd booked Prime in, I had Tom and Kom come round to do the job, they were also very knowledgeable and took pride and care in their job e.g. removing kitchen plinths without damaging and making good around the areas where old boiler & pipework were decomissioned as well as the areas of new installation. I basically didn't have to worry about a thing which was so nice. We now have a shiny new boiler and a lovely warm home and I have recommended Prime to my friends and family and will continue to do so.

I trust them to do a great job so now we are in talks to have them do the plumbing for a new bathroom project, again, Rik came round and discussed potential solutions to some tricky scenarios which has given me the confidence to proceed. Thank you Prime Team!

What started as a few renovations lead to a whole house overhaul, and for that we needed a plumber that we could rely on and deliver. Prime not only delivered but surpassed our expectations, fitting 2 ensuites, 1 main bathroom, 1 downstairs wc, UFH both Upstairs and Downstairs, first and second fixing our utility room, and Kitchen, Installed and moved a new boiler, installing new outside taps and a new water softener (I think that was everything) Ricky and the team we very informative and professional at all times and gave some great advice along the project, I would happily work with the Prime on any future projects and look forward to the guys coming back to service our boiler.

We needed a new boiler and relocated in our new house straight away. Prime plumbing was able to work with us to come round and install this the same week we moved in. They even stayed later to make sure the job was done so that we wasn’t left without any hot water or heating any longer. Brilliant service, great communication and made us feel comfortable from start to finish. Genuinely a nice man. Would defiantly recommend and use again.
