From the initial contact, the sales team listened to what our needs were and then came up with a very competitive price within our budget We had four new windows fitted including two of which were extremely large and a garage side door. We were kept well informed regarding the progress of our order and on the day of fitting the fitters were respectful of our property completing the job to a very high standard, I will definitely be recommending this company to friends and family Very happy with the finished results.

We were very happy with the whole job from the start to finish.
The guys kept me informed of everything that happened and the Job started sooner than we expected.
The guys were very tidy, cleaning up after the themselves.
We found one snag after the guys had gone, but once reported, they returned to sort it out.

Joel and Adam were very professional throughout, they keep us in informed all through the process and even answered all our questions regarding what type of glass used and descriptions of all the frames even the technical aspects. As for the installation team they went above and beyond to complete the job professionally and worked with us to achieve an exactly what we wanted. I had 22 windows 3 sets bi fold doors a Lovely Front Door and a lovely canopy over my bay I really happy with them but the lads who work for this company are the best everyone of them from start to finish so polite so good and professional at the job they do and the price was brilliant
I was getting my garden done same time as my windows and was left with rubbish and the lads said no problem if we can fit it in the van we will take it away for you there Is not many companies who would do that I just wish the garden lads done a good job like the window company but they never Prime Glazing is the best if you need windows or doors don’t hesitate use this company

The wooden outer porch of our property was rotting and Prime Glazing have replaced it with a upvc one - the sales team were friendly, the surveyor was swift at his task, and the installation was smoothly done within a day: removing the old porch, fitting the new one and leaving everything very clean and tody.

Had new patio and porch door fitted to give better access for wheelchair. the low access threshold installed has been a game changer bringing a full time wheelchair user into the house. Adam and Joel were very personable and professional. Adam really listened to the issues and spent a lot of time discussing options. The fitter who came to measure up equally understood our dilemma and made a further suggestion to improve access. Installation in a day was seamless. The colour match to older UPV units has also been much better than we hoped for. Excellent job and product.

From the start of this process with Joel and Adam coming to give a quote, to the installation of 5 windows and a front door and Joel coming back to do a snag check the whole experience has been fantastic 😀
It was very reassuring to have such nice tradesmen working in my Mums home. I live over 60 miles away from her so was only able to be there sometimes, however both my Mum and I felt very comfortable with them.

Replaced 4 main windows in our house, the fitters turned up and were very professional, took time to protect carpets and possessions, very friendly and fitted windows to very high standard and in very quick timing, would recommend highly.

My front door was replaced by prime glazing. They incorporated the existing leaded lights as part of the surround as a bespoke feature which I’m delighted with. Very happy with the efficient work carried out by friendly chaps. Would highly recomend.

All my front bungalow windows were replaced in February by Prime Glazing, I am very impressed how they look now.
