SCAM ALERT – PRIME LEADS REALTY – REAL ESTATE AGENTS BEWARE!

I strongly recommend that real estate agents stay far away from Prime Leads Realty (PrimeLeadsRealty.com) . My experience involved what I believe was a deliberately staged, fraudulent seller lead designed to trick me into paying for their services.

They offered me a "free lead" and connected me on a phone call with someone claiming to be a homeowner interested in selling their property. This person used the actual homeowner's name, claimed to be approximately 80 years old, and scheduled a listing appointment with me.

When I arrived at the property, I discovered the person I had spoken with was NOT the homeowner! The actual owner was approximately 40 years old and had absolutely no interest in selling. Someone had impersonated the real homeowner, using their name and property address to fabricate a listing opportunity.

Immediately after connecting me with this supposed seller, Prime Listing Leads aggressively pressured me to purchase their lead generation service, even offering a discounted rate if I signed up BEFORE my listing appointment. Thankfully, I refused.

REAL ESTATE AGENTS, STAY AWAY FROM PRIME LEADS REALTY! In my experience, this was a scam, and I strongly caution other agents against giving this company their money.
