Everyone was so helpful through the process,timing of the calls,the doctor was so thorough explaining the diagnosis

Perfect solution to find a doctor on a Sunday evening. The consultation booking was quick and the appointment was on time . Got the prescription, certificate and medication from the pharmacy all within couple of hours. Amazing service at a reasonable price too.

Received a referral letter, had minor information which was not the doctors fault as there was no option to upload any documents or information to be added. I've asked for an updated referral for additional information regarding my condition, i've included multiple files clearing stating my conditions and whatnot. A week went by with no updates. I've contacted them in their website and suddenly received my updated referral only like a day later. Later, my referral was declined due to lack of information and location. I've asked him to add even more information and change the location to a place where the referral would more likely be accepted as it was a public hospital. Another week goes by with zero updates again. Customer service is hit and miss, some are somewhat okay, some are incredibly hard to talk with such as Allecia. Clueless and doesn't know what's going on. Avoid this service.

So easy to sign up via the App and had an appointment straight away. Doctor was fantastic and my script arrived to my mobile shortly after. Will continue to use the service and recommend to others

My wait time was 30 mins. I received my call back within the timeframe and the professional advice given was much appreciated.

Was very helpful to be able to see a doctor at home just the wait time was a bit long and I was trying to stay awake while I waited but everything else was amazing I received the help I needed
