Not trusted and lack of support

Despite not breaking any rules, they took back all of my awards, including small prizes, simply because I was winning awards everyday in games. They cut off all contact with their support and blocked me. Because they know I'm innocent and i have proofs, they just don't want to bother.

They gave me the opportunity to get a Visa prepaid card of 5$. I never used the card until now and the card was declined by the institution. I contact them to see and they say that the transaction went through but I didn't received any email from them saying that.

Total scam and sorry to tell you that your app is blocked in my tablet and I will never again play your games to endure your shitty ads not relevant and full of stupid stuff.

Lately I can not get through any…

Lately I can not get through any surveys. It has been happening for over 2 weeks. Anyone else having this issue? On my laptop it just spins. Only on the app on my phone I can get to their service.

Avoid this scam and save yourself some time

Over £150 not awarded because "they can't locate the offer". Thats despite having screen recorded the offer, my account and showing that its completed. Complete incompetence from their customer support, complete incompetence from their team and overall are horrendous user journey. Avoid this scam and save yourself some time

Horrible scam surveys

Horrible scam surveys. They just take all our answers and disqualify at the end. When contacting support they just give some stock dialogs without even looking into the issue. The support keeps mentioning that these surveys are listed by their providers thus escaping the accountability. They always provide a stock answer of why one gets screened out and how to avoid it and thus always blaming the attendees rather than looking into the scam of the providers.

1 star is even more than they deserve

If I could rate a 0 stars, I would.

These are thieves and scammers masquarading as an online work opportunity, there is no other way to describe what they are doing to countless people around the world.

Why would you not pay users after they have attained the minimal withdrawal amount?

Why would you not have the decency to tell users why you are refusing to pay them?

How can thousands of people all have a technical error while trying to withdraw their hard earned money.

Avoid this site at all costs. Avoid all their partners too. absolute scumbags.

Refusing to honor a $50 payout despite ironclad photo proof.

I completed a high-tier Las Vegas Casino offer through their native games section. I deposited my own money ($22.29 in Litecoin) and met all the wagering requirements. Due to a tracking error on their end, the completion didn't automatically ping. I submitted a support ticket with timestamped screenshots showing my approved crypto deposit, the required coupon code redemption, and my active account matching the offer terms.
The support agent (Melissa) closed my ticket in under an hour with a copy-paste response saying they "can't verify without tracking data," completely ignoring the undeniable photo proof I provided. They basically collected the affiliate bounty from the casino, let me lose my deposit, and refused to manually credit my account. Very shady business practice for high-value offers.

I completed a survey fully and was promised a manual credit of 110 points by an agent named Patricia (I have proof). However, other agents later refused to honor that promise. Although they restored my streak after repeated complaints, they still denied my earned points. This isn’t the first time I’ve faced such issues.

After raising concerns, I also noticed that I stopped receiving surveys entirely, which makes it seem like my account is being restricted for speaking up. Overall, the service feels unreliable and unprofessional.

Cannot Get through to the support team.

I have been not able to reach the support team for more than 36 hours. Whenever I try to message or get help there has been an error and I could not get my message through to the support team,

Surveys also are getting screen outs very frequently and the incentives have been very less compare to when I started taking surveys.

Prime Opinion agents are making false…

Prime Opinion agents are making false promises. Agent Patricia promised a manual credit for my 100% completed survey (I have the screenshot), but now other agents are refusing to honor it. They only fixed my streak after multiple complaints but are stealing my earned 110 points. Unprofessional and dishonest service. This type of problem happen multiple times.
Now they have stopped sending me surveys altogether after I complained. They are blocking my account because I caught them breaking their promises

Points visible blocked from cashing out – Support keeps closing tickets and ignoring me

I had points fully visible in my Prime Opinion account. After an offer completion, the account was placed on hold until 4 April 2026. Then I received a survey ban until 11 April 2026 for “recurring complaints about the quality of my responses” — even though I had only completed 3 surveys total.After multiple escalations and providing screenshots, the technical team finally “activated” the account and confirmed there were no restrictions.Now my points are still fully visible, but every single attempt to cash out gives a “technical issue” error. I have successfully withdrawn from this same account in the past, the app is fully updated and reinstalled, cache cleared, and I’ve tried different devices and networks. A friend cashed out £5 today with no problem at all.The in-app help section has now completely disappeared. My emails, Facebook DMs, and Instagram messages are being completely ignored.Here are some of the exact generic replies I have received from support:“We understand your frustration, and I have already provided the answer and resolution to your concern. We will now be closing this interaction...”
“We understand the urgency but please understand that we are already checking on the matter... I will be closing this ticket now but rest assure that I will respond here once we have resolve the matter.”
“We have reached out to our support team... We will now be closing this interaction but rest assured... our payments team will reach out to you through this thread...”

They keep promising to “look into it” and escalate to the technical/payments team, but never give a real explanation or fix. No one will tell me the precise cause of the “technical issue” or why my withdrawal is blocked while others can cash out normally.This feels like a deliberate soft ban once points reach a certain amount. I just want my legitimately earned money released.Prime Opinion,and fix the technical issue immediately so I can withdraw my points. I will keep posting publicly and following up until this is resolved. Papi Dray
