Prime Opinion is a scam. They do not pay users under any circumstances. They might process one small payment to appear legitimate, but then withhold many others. When you contact support to ask about missing payments, they send the same automated response to everyone, accusing users of using a VPN instead of addressing the issue.
Do not deposit any money. Do not waste your time trying to complete tasks on this platform. I strongly warn others to stay away from Prime Opinion.

Great App
This app actually pays for the surveys you do and games you play. I like how easy it is to cash out. Also if you screen out or don't qualify they find another survey for the same amount. Overall this is great for a casual gamer wanting to make a few dollars.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service! It's all bot. They do not have a phone number or any way to talk to a human. I have been dealing with an issue for over a month just because my email address changed. There are plenty of other survey sites that are honest and have a phone number and\or human contact. Following this review I received a reply from Prime Opinion apologizing and suggesting I reach out to customer service. Do they not realize or care that I have been dealing with their "help" since March and have gotten nowhere. Must just be another generic bot response. PO is not honest and won't pay reward!

Prime opinion doesn't pay
I waited over a week after the company that they use tremendous l l c to give people their gift cards for their time. So you play these little games, you did a little survey, and when you reach out to the customer service, our prom opinion, what did they tell you? Oh, sorry, you can't get your money because it looks like it's already been redeemed after you showed them evidence, you didn't get the gift card. So I've been filing complaints with the local Swedish consumer complaint website and I encourage everybody else who has problems with them to do the same. Scummy survey providers
I've been using Prime Opinion for about 3 years now, it's been good to make a bit of money on the side. I've redeemed about $600 worth of giftcards, slow but reasonable.
Recently, their surveys have went super downhill, to the point where when you complete one it'll screen you out right at the end just to make you do another one to receive the reward/ incentive. Super scummy on the survey providers behalf, but the fact Prime Opinion does nothing against this is utterly irritating. You're basically doing 2 surveys, just to be paid for one.
Contacting support is pretty hopeless because it happens so often that they will just stop providing their goodwill credits.
Prime Opinion is legit, but they need to take action against the survey providers, which screen you out upon completion.
Edit: Prime opinion told me to contact them, which I did. They did NOT help at all and yes this issue is still ongoing. Do better.

Prime Opinion is the parent org for HeyCash, Five Surveys and Top Surveys - every single one of those offer numerous surveys, but they all regularly will screen you out for no reason. They'll try and make it out that you don't fit the demographics, but most of them don't even ask questions....you click a survey to take and you are subjected to numerous redirects to various links before you are given a message that you were screened out. Not to mention IF you do actually get into a survey, you can easily complete it only to be told at the end (after the actual survey said you completed it) that you were screened out. They basically steal your compensation and won't budge on saying that the survey messaged them that you were screened - sorry but surveys don't screen you out after saying you completed their survey - obvious fraud and theft
The longer you stick around, the more apt you will get shafted - they are not worth it. Any positive post is most likely those associated with them posting so that people think it's a truly legit operation, but it's not. As bad as the fake reviews on Amazon
And they'll come reply to this offering 'excuses' - don't buy it
