Has anyone heard anything back from this company yet about these cheap fleeces sent to us ? I got a reply saying they’ll send the correct order, but nothing since. Looks like it’s a scam. Not sure what else to do. I want to take this further just on principle more than anything
I ordered a Ralph Lauren jumper. I got a cheap fleece. So far I have sent 7 emails and no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! Shocking!! I paid £34 for a piece of rubbish.
I ordered a zip neck Ralph Lauren jumper, it took at least 2 weeks to arrive. Upon arrival I got a cheap fleece with a fake Ralph Lauren badge. No labels. Just FAKE.
Ordered 2 tops from prime outlet. The items are not what I was expecting and the quality of the items was poor. This is not an issue it happens, however I have tried to return the items and the returns method is just a email address and I haven't had a response. The returns policy states that you can only receive store credit after 7 days of delivery which is now fast approaching. As of yet no contact and very disappointed.
