I did my homework to find out the exact part numbers my laptop could use before I placed my online order. I chose PrimeTechParts because of the high quality in regard to their screens being delivered with NO dead pixels! The other companies start right off babbling about how many defective pixels each screen is allowed to have before they are required to replace them. Bravo to you!

I used this company to ship a very fragile part for my laptop (the power / speaker / user buttons in a 12 inch panel) from the US to Australia. I've had varying results from international postage with things disappearing or getting damaged.

I did worry about how they would ship it without damage, however it was quite simply packed to ensure nothing would break it. Bubble wrap x 3, hard cardboard boxed twice - etc... it made it without a scratch.

The part itself was exactly as described. Would I use them again - YOU BET. Would I recommend them - I think I just have.

Ordered a replacement screen last Sunday night. Picked 2 day shipping that I paid extra for. Received a notice on Wednesday that screen had shipped which is the day it should have arrived noted. Now it's the following Monday and it's still not here.I failed a test on Friday because I did not have my replacement to use my laptop. Over a week for 2 day shipping. Horrible. Will NEVER order again and tell all my friends to forget these people.

My first purchase was about 6 months ago. I actually ordered the wrong screen for my Sons netbook. I contacted Primetech and they directed me to the correct one and gave me a RMA for the first one I ordered. Lightning fast response and even though the screen I needed was a higher cost, they gave me an even swap.
My next purchase went flawlessly, thanks to their tech's instructions on where to find the correct part. Shipping was extremely fast all 3 times. I plan on doing all my electronic business with them.
