the "one hair" policy is the reason im not even going to try to EXCHANGE my 140.00 dog coat. theres no way you wont find one single hair on the outfit. i sat here inspecting it at first seeing nothing but a perfect coat that i just took out of the package, laid it NEXT TO my dog (no need to try it on) as it was clear the coat was way too big and we will need a smaller size, but when i was wrapping it up, i found a hair. i removed it then took it out of the bag again to re inspect and sure enuff ANOTHER HAIR. even tho i feel it is now void of "every hair", im SURE when it gets there, a single hair will likely be found.
and the customer service agent "[name]" doesnt have even the most basic of computer skills not able to send a simple link to print a return agreement and sign it to send it back, she tried 2 or 3 times. i think im going to avoid this whole mess (which is probably what they want you to do) cuz i dont have the time to jump thru the hoops.

I recently placed an online order for a special variety of canned cat food with Prime Pet Supply. After my order was placed the company discovered that the large cans I ordered were actually out of stock and a Prime Pets representative called me to let me know. He offered to substitute cases of small cans of the same food (usually about $10 more per case) equivalent to the amount I had ordered at no additional charge. This offer showed excellent customer service and as always Prime Pets has very fast shipping. Thank you!

Great price with fast and free shipping!

When my German Shepherd seemed to have issues with every food I had heard of someone recommended great life but the closest retail store was way too expensive for me I turned to the internet and found prime pet supply. Not only is it cheaper but when I buy the wet food equivalent I get free shipping! Wonderful.
