I was so glad to see Prime Pet Supply having Mother Nature's 4-Way Dog Treats in stock when the stores here amd most on-line pet supplies did not! First time customer with Prime Pet and was very pleased with availabilty of product, ease with on-line purchase and the quickness in delivery. The only thing I recomend changing is boxing around the actual cookie box. The 20-lb. box was beat up from shipping and there were several spots where USPS tried to tape it up. The bag inside had opened...not know if there was cookie loss or not besides exposure of product to to anything during shipment.

I purchased 2 KONG accessories because I have labs who like to chew. After less than 5 minutes, one of my labs had ripped through the Pet Stik. This was marketed as being durable for strong chewers and was the reason for my purchase.
However, the company wanted to ensure that I was satisfied with my purchase and they contacted me to exchange the toys to make sure I was satisfied!

I bought the Great Life Essentials cat food and do they love it!! It is super healthy without grains or fillers and you might find a discount coupon online too. Fast shipping as well. Thanks a bunch!!

My Gabbi Poo (a Burmese) loves Canine Caviar dry food. Prime Pet Supply charges a flat rate shipping fee. My Gabbi was almost out of food. I was told Ddeivery would occur in two working days after ordering. They kept their promise of date to be delivered. Great place. I will tell my friends!!!

Need a quality dog food that doesn't break the bank for my Cane Corso. Prime Pet Supply delivered in "Prime" fashion. I have already recommended Prime to a friend after my first buying experience. I plan to return when the dog food bag is nearing empty.

My order showed up very quickly and was exactly what I ordered. Their website was very easy to use.

I have been feeding my cat a grain free diet for a number of years and have recently moved to part of the country where I could no longer find her favorite brand - Fromm Four Star Duck à la Veg. Some internet searching brought me to Prime Pet Supply, and I bought a huge 15 pound bag of Fromm's, which will last me a *very* long time indeed, since my cat is petit and eats 2/3 cup of cat food per day. I am very happy to have found a good shipper of my cat's favorite food, and will order from here again, for sure!

I eagerly waited for the dog biscuits to come. When they arrived, the outer shipment box looked fine. When I opened the box, the package holding the dog biscuits was bent up, however, the biscuits themselves were fine. The dog poop bags were fine. Service was good.

Prime Pet Supply's customer service was over-the-top helpful. I ordered a product that wasn't as described - Not Prime Pet Supply's mistake as I'm sure the description of the product came from the manufacturer. As soon as I called the problem to their attention, they revised the description and found a product that matched my needs.

Not only do they deliver, they deliver the expensive hippie dog food that I need (and the only on he'll eat!!!). The site is easy to use, everything was exactly as described. Quick shipping, well packed. I have them saved in my favs for future orders.

I've never had an an experience quite like the one I had working with prime pet supply. Serkan originally contacted me to tell me that a piece of my order was no longer available and that he was happy to substitute it with something of equal or greater value. This was done in a timely and professional fashion so that I got my order as fast as possible. No beating around the bush! There was also another complication with my order in that I got the wrong size of a Kong classic. I emailed Serkan asking if I could return the item and get a larger version and his reply was

'No problem! Here's our address and I'll send over your new one immediately.'

Before I even had time to mail the product, the new bigger Kong was on my doorstep.
