The dig food I ordered came very fast. It happened to be part of a recall and PPS sent an email immediately to let me know. I love the person who is Benny on the instant chat feature on their website. Good information. Good attitude. Good service. This website is really great because it makes ordering high end dog food easy. You have a loyal customer, PPS.

The shipping was right on time, and pricing was reasonable. Maybe it's because I'm still relatively new to cat ownership, but the Great Life Essentials brand seems hard to find (especially at a decent price). Shipping here is reasonable, and they have all of the Great Life Essentials varieties of flavors.

They sent the wrong dog food originally, but when I called to let them know, their customer service called the warehouse right away to have correct dog food sent & had me donate the food I had received to a local shelter. Really helpful and friendly service.
