I’ve used a few Prime Prometics products and they are great! The quality of the foundation and the lip balm are top notch. They both stay on a long time and the lip balm works exactly as advertised. It does not bleed in to lines and it’s very moisturizing.

I am 72 and have sun damaged skin. I was skeptical about the color changing foundation, because I have tried multiple name brands over the last few years, trying to find exactly what I want. I was pleased with the coverage and totally impressed with the color match. What I wasn't expecting was that my skin actually felt great and looked better after a few weeks of using the foundation. I even tried a few other name brands just to compare, but I'm hooked! I just ordered the primer and a concealer pencil so I'm excited to see if they work as well.

I ordered the emerald mascara. It arrived reasonably quickly, but the packaging was battered. The mascara is very dry and is almost black - it really isn’t green at all. My lashes instantly stuck together and are not long and separate like in the advertising. Very disappointed, as I was looking forward to trying it. I haven’t tried to remove it yet, but my expectations are not high.
Update: it came off reasonably easily, but left black smudges. Definitely not emerald green ones!

I’ve tried many products over the years and always looking for one that looks natural yet covers my redness. This is perfect and I get compliments on my skin all the time!

I have ordered several things from Prime Prometics.
The eyeliner is one of the best I have tried. it glides on easily and stays put! The eye brighteners are soft and I like the texture. I really love the mascara. it does not flake, even after a long day. I have used high end luxury brands for years. the mascara out preforms those. also, it is much easier to take off, so there is no tugging at the delicate eye area. customer service is good.

I had a problem at customers with my order and the item was returned.
I received a full immediate refund and was very impressed with their care and attention

I just recently tried the Prime Prometics mascara and I love it! It does not clump at all and it wears all day without smudging. I would definately recommend this product to anyone, and I've tried quite afew brands but this one was the best. Now to try some of their other colors and products.

My skin feels hydrated without leaving an oily residue. It blends in easily and honestly feels like nothing is there. I have no need to finish with anything. The coverage is exactly what I’ve been looking for and the color match is perfect. I love the bottle with the applicator pump. No mess! The product doesn’t transfer to clothing. It stays on ALL day. It’s also very easy to take off with micellar water in my night routine. The price is excellent as the product lasts about 4 months. It’s “magic in a bottle!”

I've looked for a plumping lip color for years and finally found CHERRY NOIR, which I love. Next, I think I'd like to try the aging mascara in brown.

The first product I purchased was the mascara. I was not happy with the mascara’s was buying, it made my lashes clump together. A friend had purchased your mascara and she recommended I buy it. I’m very happy with it.
The second product I purchased was the PrimeBrow Gel. I was not happy with it as when I applied it, it was flaky. I contacted prime and they asked if I would like to try another product which I did, I got the makeup remover and I’m very pleased.
I am so impressed with the customer service, they were very helpful and I would definitely purchase items again.

I recently had a makeover where Bare Minerals products were used. I was not happy with the results. The makeup would settle into creases on my skin--it just didn't look smooth. After, I did an online search for makeup for "older" women and came upon Prime Prometics. I was impressed with what I read about the brand. I decided to try the brow pencil, eyeliner, and mascara. I was so happy with those products that I purchased several more Prime Prometics products. My skin feels and looks wonderful, and the texture of the makeup is amazing. I truly feel I have found the perfect cosmetics for older women, such as myself.

Great products and excellent customer service team. I ordered mascara, serum and eye liner. The first two were great, but I struggled with the eye liner. One end was obvious but had a blunt end and no eye liner was forthcoming. I complained and they offered a refund. I sent a photo and they said I should unscrew the opposite end. This was not obvious to me. I think some instructions should accompany the product. However, the customer service advisor was very patient.

This was my first order from Prime Prometics and I was very pleased with the transaction. The customer service team has been fantastic.

The product was delivered extremely prompt. Didn’t have to wait weeks. I had to contact Customer Service. They responded so prompt and answered my concerns. All companies should be like this with customer service.

I have used Prime products for some time especially the mascara. As an older lady I love the mulberry shade and brown. I also have navy and emerald. I use the primer before apply mascara and my lashes look amazing, Stays on and washed off with my face cleaners. I am currently using the color changing foundation and the eye brightener. I have several lash liners and shadows. I have been extremely pleased with all these products.

The products themselves do not work as advertised. I tried three different colored eyeliners and none of them glided on smoothly. They were just like inexpensive, drugstore items. The make up emphasized my lines and pores. Worst of all is the customer service! When I wanted to begin the return process, they offered to send me more products for the same amount and I could keep the ones I wasn’t going to use. When I refused, I simply never heard back again. it’s been almost a week so far. Great advertising and pictures but do not use this company unless you want to be very frustrated and spend a great amount of time trying, so far unsuccessfully, to get the refund.
