i ordered the nike x study tracksuit. shipping took as long as drop shipping does....

when I unboxed the hoodie it smelled brand new like freshly sewn even tho its a ss23 piece... so definitely they do drop ship rip off the etiquette sent by the Chinese manufactures.

Bought air Jordan lightning 2021, just had them legit checked as they seemed a little off.. Fakes! Good fakes, but Fakes none the less. Will be sending all info to trading standards.

Hmmm - bought a pair of Yeezys from PSW came without the original box or without original tags no response from "customer services" as to why the shoes have no original box or original tags, authenticity of said shoes highly dubious also product took an eternity to arrive - if PSW will not respond to me I presume that the Yeezys are fake - therefore avoid this company !

Update - the response I received is just nonsense - no the issue is not resolved, as per my response to "customer services" I expect an original box I expect original tags - no box / no tags = FAKE goods - to tell me that the box and tags were not included because the goods are "sourced" is as stated above utter "nonsense", I am waiting on PSW's definition of the word "sourced".

Would not ever use this company again I ordered some dunks in a UK 6 received a UK 4 emailed them straight away and they said if I sent them back they would refund me. Sent them back recorded delivery and I have be emailing with barely any response and still waiting for my refund after 5 weeks since I sent them back. One of the worse company’s I have ordered from.

If I could give a lower score than 1 star then I would have.

The order took several days of processing which they say on their website is because of quality assurance. If that were true, then I would have no problem with that. However, when my order finally arrived it was not only completely the wrong product but also the wrong colors.

Not to mention that it arrived in a heavily damaged PSW box. If you don't sell fakes then why don't you send products in their original packaging?

On top of all of that, I have to pay for the shipping to return the package!?! Now, I understand (and even agree with) their policy that customers pay for returns but why should I pay for their mistakes? Completely absurd...

Anyway, if you order from them after reading all of the negative reviews here (and there are lots) then you can't say that you weren't warned.

all the positive reviews seems to be bot comments from primestreetwear to lure potentially new dubious customers into a false sense of security to scam them.
either that or some customers unfortunately didn't notice that their products aren't authentic...

please avoid this company at all costs unless you want a fake product shipped from thailand at a extortionate price; no wonder the shipping is over £15...

Good customer support & service. Emily was great to deal with.

The Emily bot is designed to keep you at bay for the 48 hour refund window to close. They will ship you the item in poor conditions and then tell you it’s the carriers fault. I’d suggest reading the rest of these reviews these people are scummy and use loopholes to shark/scam customers. The shoes don’t come in the original box, just a bit bigger then the shoes which gets both destroyed. This site is blacklistes from many sneaker trading/platforms as well.

Good customer service and good support team to assist any queries

A bunch of con artists - do NOT use this company. Took an order and payment, cancelled the order, and are now claiming they can’t issue a refund and to contact bank. Disgraceful. DO NOT USE.

My Nike pants arrived on time and in great shape

I ordered a pair of Adidas sneakers but was sent the wrong size. I contacted them the day the shoes arrived and for 10 days now I have been phoning, emailing and getting absolutely nowhere. I get emails back from Emily but absolutely no information about what to do to resolve things. No address for returns, no indication as to whether there is a pair available in the correct size, no information about how to return them for a refund if the correct size isn't available. I was told today when I called for the umpteenth time that my message would be passed on to David Ishag who apparently owns the company and according to Companies House he is the sole director. Well, he needs to up his game. I am not impressed and I will be making a formal complaint to Trading Standards if I do not get a satisfactory reply in the next 48 hours.

And now I have had a completely useless reply to this post - Emily has not been in touch for a week and I have not had any information about how to return these shoes. I have given details to Trading Standards and I hope they take the necessary action to prevent you from defrauding other customers.

Absolute scam…!!

These are fakes… (admittedly they are half decent fakes) I can’t believe I paid over the odds for my fluffy dice Stussy tee. Should have listened to my instincts sizing was completely off. XL was more like a M and the dead give away was the tag was just stuck under the collar rather than stitched into the seam

Worst part is when I’ve emailed them they do communicate quite well, until you ask for a refund. It’s now been over a week with zero correspondence
